Fabhotel - worse hotel stay experience
Pros:

Location for me as I have work around that Location.

Cons:

Staff was not in maintaining cleanlinessand hygiene, room cleanliness was worse. Fabhotel brand image and photographs on booking.com and web portals may be false. Booking.com should refrain from false information as it impacts it's inage in addition to operators/ brands image.

The room condition, cleanliness and amenities were not up to even basic standards. We did not even have water in bathroom one day.

Pros:

Staff was cooperative.

Cons:

The photos on website are misleading. Rooms are not in good condition. We were staying on ground floor and there was constant housekeeping mess outside and noise. We also faced water issues on last day. The bed linen and upkeep of room is not good.

The room shown to me was not like that even though I had booked online and the receptionist there was showing me only a small room, the rooms which were there till somewhere were very bad but he did not even show me this

Pros:

Breakfast they promised at 8 am and finally came at 9.30. To be frank I didnt like anything

Cons:

Firstly, people at reception were totally unfriendly, we were not able to track the location as it was late night and the gates to the property was locked. Located in a horrible place. Rooms were not clean, shower not working. Bathroom lights not working. I requested for water and they said next day morning they forgot. Floor was not clean. I request the management to kindly keep the property neat.
