Kamer, uitzicht historie locatie.
Kwaliteit van het eten was qua prijs beneden niveau.
Great location
Alles. Inside en outside. Smaakvolle inrichting, geheel in stijl. Comfortabele kamer, prima bed, schoon en hygiënisch. Buitengewoon mooie ligging, niet ver van het centrum. Heerlijk ontbijt!
Niets!
The room and courtyard, menu and food
Access to a rooftop dining view would have been great.
Good quality design, spacious rooms, amazing views, very attentive staff. Thank you very much for everything 🙏🏻
Nothing
The room was great, we didn't have a view but it was nice. The view from the hotel grounds though was amazing. The room was a great size and the bathroom was large and modern.
The rooms needed to be more sound proof as we could here everything outside our door.
방음 제외 모든게 완벽했다
The room was very comfortable, however only 1 'normal' tea bag for a couple is not enough
Outside corridors quite noisy at times
Beautiful settings and excellent service.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Nothing . Everything was perfect .
I would have liked to see more choices with sea food.
This is a lovely hotel, with a wonderful setting and excellent food. However, after a long journey to a Hotel of this standard, we would have expected to be offered a welcome drink as part of the arrival experience, but nothing was offered. The location is up a steep hill and so having a car (as we did) avoids what would be a strenuous walk back to the hotel when venturing out on foot or by public transport.
Whilst the hotel itself is excellent, we were disappointed by our deluxe double room (room 305). We found the storage in the room to be completely inadequate, especially as we were staying for a week. In the bedroom, hanging space was very limited and there were no drawers at all for T-shirts and underwear. I ended up using the in-room safe to store my socks as this was the only space available. In the bathroom, which was incredibly spacious, again there were no surfaces to store items. We had to use the bidet as a space to place electrical items like hair straighteners. For a hotel claiming to be Malaga's most exclusive 5* Hotel, the lack of places to store clothes and other items was completely impractical and a real annoyance. In addition, the air-conditioning in our room was stuck on "heat" mode, with the button to alter the mode wedged into the control panel so that the mode could not be altered. We had to leave the air-con off for the entire stay meaning the room was too warm at night even in January.
I raised both of these issues with reception, asking for the air-conditioning controller to be fixed and for some additional storage, or even a table on which items could be placed (for which there was plenty of room) to be provided. However, no action was taken and we didn't receive any follow-up communication from the Hotel. Subsequently, we received a survey part way through our stay asking for comments on our experience - a nice touch claiming that it would allow the Hotel to take any remedial action should there be issues that needed to be addressed. We replied raising the same concerns. Again, we received no response. This lack of customer service was also unexpected for a luxury hotel.
Perfect
All

Absolutely terrible experience. This hotel not only charged me twice for the same stay but also stole my husband's expensive BOSS jacket that we accidentally left behind.
We stayed for one night and checked out the next morning. Within hours, we realized we had left the jacket in the closet of our room. We called immediately and were told they would check and call us back. No one did. I even had the staff at another hotel call for me in Spanish to make sure there was no miscommunication. The response? "We're still checking." By the end of the day, they claimed nothing was found. How does a $700 jacket in a dust bag just vanish?
On top of that, even though I had prepaid for the stay via Booking.com, they charged me again at checkout. I told them I had already paid, but the front desk insisted I hadn't. Now I see both charges on my card.
This place is either completely disorganized or actively scamming people.
I am disputing the charge with my credit card and contacting Booking.com.
I will also make sure others are warned to avoid this hotel.
If you value your belongings and your money, do not stay here.
