The interior design

Cons:

The power kept on fluctuating, hence wife and TV going off. The power rating in that room needs to be re-checked

It was very clean and quite in the evening. During the day there is a noise from nearby constructions but I didnt mind. The gym is really great, well equipped and new.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was little weak but still ok
