Cons:

Reception didn't even wanted to help me rent a motorbike. Took this place because of the pool, but the water was dirty green.

Äusserst gepflegtes und modernes Hotel im Zentrum von Ha Tien gelegen, nahe zu Markt und weiteren Restaurants.
Pros:

Sehr schöne und grosszügige Zimmer, sauberes Badezimmer mit Regendusche, gute Betten und helle Räumlichkeiten.
Äusserst nette Receptionistin und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Leider war kein Frühszücksbuffet verfügbar, aber das Perdonal bemühte sich, rasch die bestellten Wünsche der Gäste zu berücksichtigen.

Pros:

L'emplacement au coeur de la ville et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'attente lors du chek-in de départ, ainsi que la piscine inaccessible car trop sale.
Et le personnel nous a renvoyé sur internet pour trouver un véhicule

Hôtel très agréable bien prendre en compte le petit déjeuner très orienté local

Khách có bỏ quên đồ ăn trong phòng nhưng lúc checkout nhân viên kiểm phòng không báo dùm khi khách đang đứng chờ hoàn tất thủ tục ở sảnh.
Đã từng trải nghiệm nhiều ks thấy không phải đồ ks liền báo Lễ tân hỏi xem có phải khách bỏ quên không.

Pros:

The room and the bed was very comfortable and the pool was nice

Cons:

The fridge had mould. The water in the shower was not hot. The bathroom fan was very noisy and room 3008 was opposite the lift so it was noisy. There should be creamer for the coffee and tea in the room

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht dunkel, den Balkon musste ich mit dem Nachbarzimmer teilen. Die Minibar gab es nicht, dafür Energygetränke und Wasser auf Rechnung.
Zimmerservice gab es ebensowenig wie Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einem Fahrradverleih (hier lediglich der Hinweis ich solle danach googeln).
Der Kaffee aus der Maschine war bereits gesüsst, wie der Kaffee aus der Kanne.

Bien placé en centre ville, des grandes chambres .un des seul hôtel avec piscine ce qui est bien agréable. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant. J' ai beaucoup aimé Ha tien avec un centre ville coloré, la promenade le long de la jetée, et la pagode à 10/15 minutes à pied très sympa à visiter . La ville est beaucoup plus calme que Can tho, c'est appréciable. Un peu de bruit quand-même. Nous avons dîné au restaurant Lang nuong ha tien, brochettes de gambas grillées supers.
