Goede kamer, schoonmaak, zwembad

Cons:

Personeel, beetje stugheid bij een aantal mensen. Ontbijt karig, maar misschien teveel westerse maatstaven gewend. Ontbijtzaal niet gezellig, geen personeel om evt vragen te beantwoorden. Restaurant gedeelte slordig.

Харесами гледката като цяло и локализацията имаше доста ресторанти на близо паркове и така нататък

Не ни хареса отношението на персонала климатика не работеше почти оплакахме се на рецепцията казаха ни че и те не знаят какво се случва попитах за вентилатор поне казаха ни не няма и ветрило няма това в подигравка за нас 3 дена стояхме там платих ме 510 лв за да ни се подиграват и чаках ме много да дойде някой сервитьор да ни обслужи като хората и накрая ни докара за салата и бутилките за олио и оцет имаше един голям женски косъм и прашни мръсни бутилки казаха ми а косъмче на картофите имаше косъм също!!!! Как това е е възможно да има 4 звезди този хотел шкафове те в спалните бяха много прашни защото никой не ги бърше трябваше да ги снимам тия неща но не съм за съжаление и цените в менюто са много скъпи ай нямат кой знае кво никога повече не бих отишъл в този хотел отново дано видят това самите им служители и си поправят грешките за да не губят повече гости на хотела просто срамота!!!!

Нямаше климатизация в стаята. Беше ужасно горещо и непроветрено. До края на престоя климатика в стаята не работеше. По коридора същия ужас- горещо, непроветрено и спарено.
