Pros:

The resort itself is beautiful. The pool area is fantastic and very family-friendly. Overall, the customer service throughout the hotel was excellent! The lifeguards deserve special recognition.

On February 11, 2026, I witnessed one of them jump into the pool immediately to help a young boy who was struggling. His reaction was fast and professional and may have prevented a serious accident. I don't think the lifeguard received much appreciation. Another lifeguard was incredibly kind when my daughter cut her foot, he calmly disinfected it and applied a bandage.

Cons:

The Kids Club was disappointing. Before booking, I asked what kind of children’s activities were offered and was sent a detailed schedule. That information influenced my decision to choose this hotel. In reality, those structured activities were not taking place.

The space itself is small, dark, and feels more like a basic playroom than a club with organized programming.

What was most disappointing, however, was the energy of the staff. The staff present appeared passive and largely uninterested. There was very little initiative to engage with the children, no visible enthusiasm, and minimal effort to create a fun or welcoming environment. At times, they left the room and sat outside.

I suggest relocating the Kids Club from the basement to a larger, brighter space that better reflects the standard of the resort. In addition, placing a large, clearly visible board at the pool entrance listing the daily timetable would greatly improve communication for families.

Unhappy and disappointed
Pros:

It’s in a good location and the staff are very helpful.

Cons:

I don’t like the fact that they have deducted 4000 baht as deposit from my fellow traveler’s credit card as security with the promise that the money will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, yet it’s been 2 weeks and there is still no sign of a refund.

Für 2-3 Übernachtungen absolut o.k.
Pros:

Gute Lage, großer Pool und Liegebereich, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Sehr großes Hotel mit allen Nachteilen. Das Personal war bemüht aber nicht so freundlich wie in den meisten Hotels die wir in Thailand gebucht hatten.

Allt förutom att badkaret i sviten inte kund andvändasunder hela våran vistelse trots att vi påpekade det 3 gånger och vid utcheckningen sa vi till om detta men ingen rabatt fick vi, det var uselt.

Piscine et personnel très sympa

Cons:

Il va falloir inventer un système pour virer les serviettes des mal élevés qui mobilisent les transats dès le matin pour les utiliser 1 heure dans la journée. Pour exemple, un matin à 9h00 , il n'y avait plus de serviette disponible, elles étaient sur les transats et un taux d'occupation de 10% jusqu'à midi.

Overpriced for what they really deliver
Pros:

The breakfast was decent enough

Cons:

The cleaning is only where it's convienent or easy to see.
The Interieur need renovation.
The view is a ruin in between the Hotel and the sea.
The staff is smiling but not that helpful.
The Menus are all with net prices. So your already overpriced food and drinks gets even more insanely overpriced.
The Power is often unreliable and then the AC goes back to default. For us that was 23 degrees and Medium Fan. Nearly every morning and we did turn it off for the night.
