Beautiful hotel and staff! 10/10 would recommend!
Pros:

The property was beautiful from the moment you step into the lobby to the rooms. The pool was big and the breakfast buffet was worth the money. The staff were so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Cons:

You have to leave a deposit in THB. This isn’t a real problem except I may have missed this part in the booking.

Perfect for a short family stay
Pros:

Really nice hotel, perfect for what I needed. Room was really spacious and a little balcony. Had a small family friendly feel to the place and so felt more focused in terms of staff and setup. Pool was lovely. Also plenty of games for us to play as a family

Khách sạn yên tĩnh,sạch sẽ ,thái độ phục vụ nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình ,bữa ăn sáng tươi nhưng ít thay đổi món,nếu ở lâu sẽ nhàm chán vì món ăn lặp đi lặp lại.

Wifi rất yếu và thường xuyên không sử dụng được ,đây là 1 điểm trừ rất lớn của hotel

Fabulous break, will be back :-)
Pros:

Everything exceeded our expectations during our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. We had a good sized balcony and all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both international and Thai options, all fresh and well presented. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing and getting in those post breakfast laps in. The area had plenty of space, sunbeds, umbrella's and a great atmosphere. We loved happy hour pool side, in the afternoon.

Overall, the hotel facilities, service, and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable.

N/A – We loved everything about this hotel; there was nothing we didn’t like, except having to leave. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly looked after throughout our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we would happily stay here again.

Das Hotel ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut: gute Auswahl, gute Qualität, es wurde alles ausreichend schnell aufgefüllt.
Der Strand ist riesig und man geht zirka 12 - 15 min bis dorthin. Bis 18 Uhr gibt es einen Shuttle-Service.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht so besonders und müssten renoviert werden. Wir haben zweimal das Zimmer getauscht, bis es halbwegs gepasst hat. Die Pool-Anlage ist zwar relativ groß, aber oft sehr voll: die klassischen "Handtuchreservierer" gibt leider auch hier. Die Liegen haben keinen guten bzw. sauberen Eindruck gemacht. Daher haben wir die Pool-Anlage nur wenig genutzt.

1 stjerner hotel, find et andet hotel
Cons:

Mit ophold på Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin var en massiv skuffelse og lever på ingen måde op til, hvad man med rimelighed kan forvente af et 5-stjernet resort.

Vi boede der i 10 nætter, og allerede den første weekend var halvdelen af poolområdet afspærret på grund af et bryllup. Området stod tomt det meste af tiden, men betalende hotelgæster blev nægtet adgang. Der var ingen forudgående information og ingen form for kompensation. Flere gæster måtte selv betale for at tage til en ordentlig strand.

Hvad angår den såkaldte strandadgang, stemmer virkeligheden ikke overens med markedsføringen. Der er tale om en lille sandstribe, en betonstøttemur og en smal åbning ned til vandet. Badning var ikke tilladt, og der lå byggeaffald i området. Det lever på ingen måde op til de billeder og den forventning, der skabes.

Poolområdet fremstår generelt slidt og dårligt vedligeholdt. Der afholdes skumfest i poolen fire gange om ugen, hvilket tydeligt påvirker vandets kvalitet. Flere klinker er løse, fuger mangler, og rengøringsniveauet er utilfredsstillende.

Spa- og wellnessområdet – som er en væsentlig del af et resortophold – var lukket og under renovering. Kun et lille massagerum på 22. etage var tilgængeligt. Dette blev vi ikke informeret om på forhånd, og vi fik endda besked på, at vi ikke måtte tage billeder.

Skybaren var ifølge både skiltning og personale åben, men da vi ankom, var den lukket og i stærkt forfald. Endnu mere alvorligt var det, at flere glaspartier i rækværket på 23. etage var fuldstændigt ødelagte. Jeg gik rundt deroppe med mine børn i den tro, at området naturligvis var sikkert, når det var angivet som åbent. Det var direkte farligt og helt uacceptabelt.

Værelserne var slidte og mangelfulde: ødelagte lister, blinkende lys, en dør der knap kunne åbnes og lukkes, manglende inventar samt en aircondition, der ikke kunne reguleres og stod fast på iskold temperatur. Kun to ud af fem påtalte problemer blev løst under opholdet.

Morgenbuffeten var efter kl.

As above - great location for all Hua Hin has to offer
Pros:

3rd time here - plenty of attentive staff without being overbearing. Good pool area and very clean - great location for both beaches, Tamarind & Cicada markets and easy to get to town. Very good breakfast. Thanks again!
