Ottimo hotel in un punto strategico di Canazei
Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione ideale, a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro di Canazei, ma collocato parallelamente alla via principale e per questo maggiormente trafficata. La struttura è invece accanto al parco che costeggia il fiume Avisio e che permette di avere non solo una tranquillità acustica ma anche il fresco del parco e del fiume. L'hotel ha nella via principale a poca distanza sia un supermercato che una farmacia, oltre che ai numerosi bar e ristoranti. La camera è in stile alpino con legno, e la nostra era molto grande e anche molto pulita. Il bagno ristrutturato da poco e molto ampio. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza del personale di sala per ogni nostra esigenza. In hotel siamo stati poco, giusto per dormire perchè l'intera giornata la dedicavamo al trekking e alle varie attività da svolgere sulle dolomiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo se si considera che l'hotel è in pratica al centro di Canazei. Inoltre l'hotel è in convenzione con uno dei noleggi di bici elettriche e ci è stato fatto uno sconto sul noleggio (mi sembra del 10%). Inoltre al nostro arrivo ci è stato consegnato il biglietto gratuito per i bus che permettono di raggiungere le varie località nelle vicinanze e i diversi impianti di risalita.

Cons:

E' un parere assolutamente personale: materasso duro per come siamo abituati noi, inoltre ci sarebbe piaciuto che il menù della cena avesse offerto piatti tipici locali più spesso durante la settimana, ma sono proprio delle banalità

La prima mattina mi è stato fatto notare che non potevo assolutamente portare parte della colazione fuori dalla struttura (cosa che ho imparato in quel momento) ed al check out mi sono stati addebitati 9EUR per due fette di pane. Pessima gestione del cliente. Mai più!

It was the nicest hotel we have been while skiing.

The hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. The transport to the lift was included as well as the way back. We wish to come back there.

Pros:

A very neat and comfortable hotel, a very friendly and family - like management and staff. I had some health problems and they were so helpful and kind, doing nice things for me they didn’t have to. A would rate this a 5 star hotel but with personable and helpful staff.
