Pros:

The room certainly met it's needs for a rugby visit for two males.

Cons:

The hotel was a little difficult to find after a 5hr drive, as was access to the sister hotel that issued us our key. It was all electric heating so very cold in the room upon arrival, you had to leave your key in to keep the heating on.

Pros:

It was close to the train station and we were only on a stopover for one night so it fitted our requirements

Cons:

Reception is not manned and the front door is locked so you have to call them to check in and out

Good Central Hotel. Renovated Painted immaculate. Not far from theatres, rail station bus station
Pros:

Did not have Breakfast. Different Culture but OK. Don't Know Language.
Cleaners independent Companies.
Bed ,Room Furniture Excellent. TV not good reception but 1st day OK. Needed a tech person on duty

Basic budget stay — fine for a night’s rest but could do with some updates.
Pros:

It was a cheap stay and decent for what I needed — just a place to sleep for a couple of nights. The room seemed clean enough and I appreciated being able to get a parking space on site, which was very convenient. Receptionist was friendly.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected compared to the photos and the property in general felt quite dated and in need of refurbishment. The TV kept turning on randomly during the night — once even switching to an adult channel, which was quite an unpleasant surprise at 3 a.m.

Appalling experience

Reasonably convenient in terms of location

Cons:

There were plenty of problems, which began when I arrived just after 3.00 to check in. The door was locked, the phone left unanswered and it took almost an hour before someone finally arrived to let me in. Rude and extremely unprofessional staff. The place, when I eventually got in, was shabby and dirty. TV wasn’t working so I called reception and again, the phone rang out several times and it took around 30 minutes for any help.

I don’t expect the moon for the price I paid, but I do expect a basic level of service. The hotel failed spectacularly to meet that.

Never again.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff.
Pros:

Good location and enough parking easy check in clean and cool.

Cons:

The sink did not drain properly, probably needs some draino putting down it. I’d have liked a decaf coffee or tea in the room. We didn’t know what to do with the key when we left, which was very early morning before reception opened.
