Hospitality of the staff - much better than Four Seasons, which I stayed last time in another city in CY. In such a simple hotel, the facility is very good.

Cons:

For a very simple/cheap hotel, I do not expect more. Everything at Denis Hotel is ok. It even has a very good refrigerator in the room; the bath room is very functional; I could also get drinking water, and borrow an adapter. If I would be able to borrow an adapter from the hotel earlier, it could be more convenient to charge my laptop and phone.

La camera era piccola, ma aveva tutto quello che serve. Personale veramente gentile e molto disponibile. Sempre pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza.

The only thing we liked was the warm hospitality of the lady at the reception. She was so pleasant and lovely xxx
