Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Frühstücksraum war sehr nett gestaltet, Personal fanden wir professionell und nett, Zimmer war gut gereinigt, wenn auch an der Wand Wasser-/Farb-/...-Flecken gewesen sind, was aber nicht an dem Reinigungspersonal, sondern am Betreiber liegt.

Cons:

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passte für uns nicht. 268€/Nacht für ein renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer, mit unbequemen Matratzen, defektem Rollladen, Bad mit schlechter Raumaufteilung (man konnte nicht gerade auf der Toilettesitzen, weil ein Wandheizkörper direkt daneben verbaut war, Duschkabine stand direkt im Rücken vom Waschbecken, sehr verwinkelt...), geschlossenem Pool, wegen großer Baustelle am Haus.

Very worn and unhygienic long-pile carpet on the floor

The cleanliness of the bathroom was absolutely not up to 4-star standard
The quality of the room did not match the price of EUR 270/night

A perfect chillaxing week-end.
Pros:

Location is spot on. Close to Vienna and in the middle of the wine region. Cleanness is really top. Restaurant serves very tasty food and has an excellent choice of regional wines. Staff at the reception was very helpful. We used their suggestions on our short tour of the region. Beauty farm complete and very well appointed. We enjoyed it very much. We plan to go back soon.

Cons:

The pillows were not perfect.
