Dekat dengan kota, pinggir jalan besar/jalan raya, akses mudah

Cons:

Tidak ada pilihan include sarapan, parkir basement terbatas untuk motor, parkiran mobil terlalu terbuka meski ada satpam / penjaga 24 jam tapi tetap khawatir & menyatu dengan parkiran showroom motor honda
