Location is good

Cons:

While I was sleeping the room service opened the room and entered which is something un acceptable and un safe that the room service opened the door and also the swiming pool isnt real swimming pool it was just inflatable one and not clean

ηταν ανετο το δωματιο απο θεμα χωρου

Cons:

πολυ βρωμικο, τραγικο πρωινο. και η περιοχη το βραδυ ηταν επικυνδυνη. δυστηχως δεν θελουν τον τουριστα, θελουν τα λεφτα του μονο σου χαμογελανε ψευτικα και παροχες μηδεν.

I won't come back
Pros:

The staff is pretty nice. Easy to park your car. I came for a week of diving so I didn't stay in the hotel, I came for the location.

Cons:

If you're looking for a really cheap hotel but don't mind hygiene or cleanliness, then go for it. Otherwise, the hygiene isn't amazing, the hotel looks old and dirty. In the reviews, they say you should go see the staff if you're not happy with the hygiene... but having clean sheets or a clean bathroom isn't something you ask for, it should be automatic!
Poor Wi-Fi connection.

Unbeatable service for an Unbeatable price
Pros:

The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
I booked the less expensive mountain view room, and they gave me the sea view room with no extra charge.
They also added a crib for free for my baby.

Cons:

The underground parking looked closed, and its main gate was closed. This led me to believe that it wasn't available, so I parked in front of the hotel where my car got hit during the night.
It was no fault of the hotel, and they helped me check their cctv, but this would have been avoidable if the parking was clearly marked as accessible.

I felt I was in my home amongst my family.
Pros:

Great location. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Maya (the most beautiful lady in Jounieh 😀), Rita and Charlie, thank you so much for everything. The room was very clean with a nice sea view. The chef offered a delicious breakfast with a combination of Lebanese and European food. Their Lebanese coffee is a must to try!
