Rooms were clean and comfortable
The elevator was not working but the hotel did advise that when making my booking and I was on the 2nd floor, so no big deal.
Staff were really friendly and very welcoming. Even other guests are friendly and approachable
Just a little later check out time
Staff very pleasant. We were early and they checked and said our room was ready and we could check in. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was quiet no noise during the night
It was difficult to get in the right lane on the roundabout for the hotel .
But that’s not the hotels fault,
The lady who was on the front desk on 8th March 2026 at around 8.00pm was absolutely lovely. She went out of her way to give me a room on the ground floor as I had a heavy bag and the lifts were out of order. She also gave me a room further back so that I could get some good sleep as I was leaving very early in the morning. She was also thoughtful about me having a coffee and eating something as I was leaving at 4.00am and asked me to call the front desk when I woke up to have someone switch on the coffee machine. For me, this was hospitality at its max - she made me feel so looked after.
