Pros:

駅から近く、サンガスタジアムや保津川下りへのアクセスがとても良い。

Cons:

設備が一部壊れていた。グラスのは入っているキャビネットのロック機構やヘッドライトのスイッチなどが壊れていました。
操作はできるけどちょっとめんどくさい程度。

障碍者用の駐車場をお願いしておきましたが、
ちゃんと対応してくれました

立地と値段はとても良いが、窓からの眺めを考えると、ここではなくても良いかと考える。

部屋が狭いのと、窓からの眺めは良くない。スタジアムの壁が見えて、圧迫感強い。空など見えない。開放感なし。その窓のガラスも汚い。
