If the review was for the main pool area and garden it would be 10/10. Sparkling pools, immaculate gardens, nice views of the mountains all around, peaceful. Kayaköy is also a nice town with a few good restaurants around and the walk to the abandoned village gives a great view at the top (go at sunset!). It’s quick and easy to get local taxis to and from the town if you want to go into another town for dinner. Linens and towels in the rooms are really nice, bathroom amenities like shampoo etc are good quality. Most of the staff were very friendly and kind to our small baby.
On the whole, the accommodation is pretending to be something it’s not. There are facilities listed on booking.com that do not exist. No 24 hour front desk (there was nobody on site at all past 4pm), no bar, no restaurant, no daily cleaning (every 3 days), no restocking of mini bar. We had arranged a baby cot ahead of time - even got sent a picture of the cot to confirm - when we checked in at 1am it was not there. Waited until 2am for a response about whether they were bringing it and we were totally ignored - found out at breakfast the next day they had just given it to another guest instead without letting us know. There was no kettle in the room so we couldn’t make a hot drink when we arrived after a long journey - but more importantly - couldn’t make up any milk for the baby. This wasn’t rectified until late the following day when they finally brought the kettle, and we were charged for the mineral water we had used instead. The welcome letter when we arrived in the room said breakfast was between 8-12 - it was actually 9:30 - 11am. The welcome letter also said the bar was open and snacks were available - which just wasn’t true. Pictures of breakfast on booking.com were not accurate - we were told those pictures are from last year - there was no fresh fruit, no yogurts, no juices. Chips and hotdogs every day! We had to ask for some fruit and this was provided going forward. The Nespresso machine in the room was chargeable. The owners have accommodation on site - which is right on the swimming pool - so you feel like you are kind of in their house. We sat at a bench one afternoon and then next day the cushions had been taken away - I think because they didn’t want us to sit there (which was the sunny area of the pool!). Booking.com says the main pool is only heated in the summer - but the private small villa pools are also not heated. We were given a quote of €180 for an airport transfer - we booked via booking.com the exact same trip for €90.
Gefallen hat uns alles, vor allem das gemütliche Frühstück. Besonders hervorzuheben wäre aber folgendes: Unser Haus war so ausgerichtet, dass ich jeden Morgen gegen 08:45 Uhr im Bett liegend den Sonnenaufgang hinter den Bergen beobachten konnte. Was für ein Start in den Tag!
Виллы отличные, есть все необходимое! Детям очень нравился бассейн. Завтраки турецкие и очень вкусные.
Жаль, что закрыли ресторан на ужин, нам он нравился, но с другой стороны, в 2 минутах есть классический мясной ресторан хорошего качества, а также кухня полностью экипирована для обедов и ужинов на вилле
The location is exceptional. I know Kaya and wished to return.
The staff were over and above. Seval, Salih and Uruk were always upbeat and cheery. Nothing was too much for them.
The villas are so peaceful and the location is tucked away so very quiet except for the odd country noise (cockerels, donkey braying).
The breakfast is typical Turkish breakfast with a vast spread of local cheese, tomatoes and cucumber, olive, James, brads etc etc.
Not much to improve though the web site mentions a restaurant for dinner on site which was actually closed. The web site should be updated.
Perhaps some info on the walks (a map) and local restaurants . A local plan would be really handy.
Everything is super. Very clean. Perfect staff and hardworking. Good design. Pool is clean. Delicious breakfast. Parking place is enough. Comfortable bed. Everything was 10 point. If price is olay stay here. I stayed in hotels hundreds times you can trust my words.
Without car can be hard to go somewhere. Staff was tired maybe need a few people more to hire to work.
Schöne Villa mit einem sauberen Pool
Die Lage ein Auto ist Pflicht. Straßen sind sehr vorsichtig zu befahren vorallem nachts
Excellent séjour à Kaya Villa. Un petit havre de paix au milieu de la chaleur de l'été turc. Appartement spacieux, bien aménagé et joliment décoré. Climatisation douce. Vaste jardin ombragé et très bien entretenu. Grande piscine. Personnel au petits soins. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, servi par une équipe très sympa. Restaurant très agréable pour déjeuner et dîner à 100 mètres de l'hôtel.

- No privacy : we were sitting suddenly a man decided to enter to fix the swimming pool , though the door was locked.

- no proper hospitality; they count everything, they wanted to charge us for a small towel that got some sand on as it fell on the floor after the pool.
Prachtige verblijf, zwembad en ontbijt hebben wij positief ervaren. Het personeel (schoonmaakster, chef en barmannen) hebben ons met open armen ontvangen en met alles vriendelijk behandeld.
Helaas hebben wij een negatieve ervaring gehad met de communicatie tussen het personeel en de manager. Tijdens ons verblijf waren wij getuige van een scheldpartij van de manager richting het personeel. Wij hebben de manager hierop aangesproken, maar dit heeft helaas veel negatieve gevoelens bij ons achtergelaten. Om deze reden kunnen en zullen wij anderen niet adviseren om dit hotel te boeken.
Omdat de kamers niet dagelijks worden schoongemaakt, adviseren wij u om standaard een stofzuiger, strijkijzer en strijktafel beschikbaar te stellen.
Очень красивая и уютная территория. В номере тоже очень красиво, просторно, уютно и все качественно сделано. Есть русскоговорящий администратор, большая парковка для авто. Хороший бар на территории с общительным барменом. Рядом отличный мясной ресторан по приемлемым ценам.
Пешком комфортно можно дойти только до ближайшего ресторана. Да и вообще территория вокруг не располагает к прогулкам. Завтрак турецкий неплохой, но продукты могли бы быть покачественнее и поразнообразнее.
Amazing staff, Tatiana is a charming lady, explained everything to us, was very welcoming and helpful!
The villa we stayed in had its own pool, was very private, air conditioning was powerful though it was very hot outside.
Just 2 minutes walking from the villa there is a great Turkish restaurant Cin Bal, really recommend it!
There was no cleaning however we stayed 2 nights. I would suggest if not full cleaning of the room once a day but just a minor cleaning (laying out towels, arranging bathroom accessories)
