Pros:

施設が清潔、スタッフが親切丁寧、備品が充実。そして何より、ライブ会場でそのまま宿泊できたこと！
ライブとパックプランなどを作っていただけると予約が大変ありがたいです。

Cons:

一階にある飲食店が朝食時間帯から使えると完璧だったかなと思います。前日夕方までに予約の必要な提携の温浴施設のブッフェまでは食べられないので断念涙。空腹のまま8時前にチェックアウトし、駅周辺で食べられるところを探したけれどなくて、結果、駅のおにぎりを買うことになってしまいました…
あと、たまたまかもしれませんが、無料でお借りできた保冷庫がモーター音は一晩中していたのに、翌朝になってみると冷えていなくて、前日に購入した要冷蔵のお土産がダメになりかけたのは残念でした。

Hatago COEDOYA is the ideal place to stay in the area!
Pros:

location is perfect giving access to important sight sites, the staff is very courteous and supportive, despite a language barrier; lounge and services there are very welcome after a long day of sight seeing....

Cons:

clothing storage and access is limited. Drawers or shelves would help not having to live out of a suitcase, in case of more than two nights stay.

Pros:

Das einzig Gute war die Lage. Leicht per Bus vom Bahnhof zu erreichen (Haltestelle 30m vom Hotel). Und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar (2 min. bis 45 min.)

Cons:

Es gab KEIN Frühstück (auch nicht im Hotel!!) und in der Nähe waren ALLE Restaurants und Imbissstuben erst ab 11 Uhr geöffnet. Das Zimmer war zwar einfach (wie gebucht) aber es gab nicht einmal Warmwasser!!

Pros:

立地、スタッフのサービスは良い？

Cons:

部屋が臭い。
前に利用していた人が外国人？だったのか外国人特有の匂いで室内が臭い。
空気清浄機や消臭スプレーを使ってみたが匂いが完全に消えることはなく不快でした。
今まで利用した時はそんなことなかったので残念。
人の匂いは仕方ないのか…？
でも耐えられません。
