スタッフも施設も心地よかったです
屋上のテラスのハンモックに癒されました♡

Cons:

1階の飲食店が朝食時間から開いてくれていると良かったなぁと思いました
あと二段ベッドのお部屋でしたが、TVの位置が見にくかったです
狭いスペースの有効活用具合には頭が下がりましたが…

川越に行くなら絶対ここにしてます。
Pros:

とにかくスタッフさんがとても丁寧。
とにかく丁寧。とても感じが良い。
23:00くらいのチェックインでしたが、夜遅くに感じよく出迎えてもらえるのはとてもありがたいです。

施設全体にとても清潔感があります。
お手洗いやシャワー室、部屋の洗面台などの水回りも言うことありません。とても綺麗です。ちなみにシャワーもヘッド大きめで水圧もしっかり。
空気清浄機がいたるところで稼働していて、とてもクリーンな印象があります。人によっては少し乾燥気味？に感じるかもしれませんが、個人的にはこのくらいが気持ちいいです。各部屋にも小さな空気清浄機のようなものがありますし、加湿は個人でいくらでもできるので、これで問題ないと思います。

夜遅くのチェックインでも部屋に入るとエアコンが除湿で稼働していました。6月でしたが、入室時すでに部屋はとても心地よい温度になっていました。
以前、冬に利用した時も暖房をすでにつけていてくれました。このご時世、どこでもやってくれる心遣いではないと思います。蒸し暑くて、疲れていたのでとてもありがたかったです。

海外の方も川越には多く観光にいらっしゃると思います。そういった観光地に、こういったナチュラルな心地よさと親切さを提供してくれるホテルがあることを日本人として嬉しく思います。
また利用させて頂きます^^

サービスドリンクのフルーティな紅茶
美味しくいただきました。
暑かったので、外出後にピッタリでした。
スタッフの皆さまにもご親切に対応していただきました。

Cons:

仕方のない事ですが2段ベットのお部屋でしたので階段梯子が垂直固定型の為、少しこわかったです。斜めに動かせるタイプだと安心でした

Pros:

観光地街中で便利でおしゃれでした。

Cons:

タオル類は置いてありませんので持参をお勧めします。
予約サイトとホテル側の予約内容が食い違っており、子ども料金を追加で請求されました。
最終的には予約システムのエラーらしくお詫びいただきましたが、もしかしたらホテル側のミスかも？と誠意を持って対応されてたほうが良いのでは？と感じました。

Pros:

施設が清潔、スタッフが親切丁寧、備品が充実。そして何より、ライブ会場でそのまま宿泊できたこと！
ライブとパックプランなどを作っていただけると予約が大変ありがたいです。

Cons:

一階にある飲食店が朝食時間帯から使えると完璧だったかなと思います。前日夕方までに予約の必要な提携の温浴施設のブッフェまでは食べられないので断念涙。空腹のまま8時前にチェックアウトし、駅周辺で食べられるところを探したけれどなくて、結果、駅のおにぎりを買うことになってしまいました…
あと、たまたまかもしれませんが、無料でお借りできた保冷庫がモーター音は一晩中していたのに、翌朝になってみると冷えていなくて、前日に購入した要冷蔵のお土産がダメになりかけたのは残念でした。

Hatago COEDOYA is the ideal place to stay in the area!
Pros:

location is perfect giving access to important sight sites, the staff is very courteous and supportive, despite a language barrier; lounge and services there are very welcome after a long day of sight seeing....

Cons:

clothing storage and access is limited. Drawers or shelves would help not having to live out of a suitcase, in case of more than two nights stay.
