sweet service, make us feel like home. The room with balcony has a wonderful view of the town. Good and healthy breakfast every morning, many flower in the dining room which cheer me up.

The heating device was not working and I informed them of that and they told me that it was broken
Location perfect, very easy to reach out the bus stop and cable car station, a good choice for the people traveling without a car. The staff and breakfast were nice!

The location was great. Very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants as well as the Seiser Alm gondola. Also very convenient to the Mar Dolomit pool facilities. The room had a very nice deck and a window with a view of the dolomites. The staff was fantastic, very nice and welcoming and was helpful with answering questions. Parking was also included and easy.
The property was a little bit older and the room was decorated in much pink. Neither of these detracted from the stay and we would definitely come again.
