Checkin was fast and he room spacious. Great location to Karakol Ski Slope. Unfortunately my room was at the back of the building where there was noise from the generator / sauna room. Room was generally clean just needs some attention to detail. Dinner was tasty and breakfast was not to my liking but that is just taste but seemed adequate.
Noise . Would have been nice to have egg choices to be served hot.

-Very poor sound proofing , we could hear our neighbours despite them talking in normal voice
- No lift , if you have knees issues or heavy bags choose a lower floor
Beautiful hotel, big modern rooms equipped with everything one needs, very comfortable. Good breakfast. Adjacent restaurant-cafe open long hours. One can charge on the room
Staff is nice and helpful but sometimes one needs to ask them twice to have things done
