We loved the stay. Staffs are nice and helpful. Bed are comfortable. Breakfast is great.
Pros:

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The lady at night shift tells me exactly where and how to go to the trail head I want. She is very knowledgeable, almost like the staff at the information center. The breakfast is very good. One day we have to leave early. The breakfast was not open yet. The staff packed something for us with short notice. It was very nice of them. They also have nice sauna room which we enjoyed a lot.

Cons:

It is a little far from the center of the town and up hills. If you don't mind walking up and down hills, it is a good place to stay. We planned a lot hiking, so adding extra 15 minutes uphill and downhill walk is a bit far. They have bus and shuttle service though. You just need to check the schedule.

Hotel Ronce- a great hotel with beautiful views close to all the great hikes
Pros:

The staff were so nice, offering hiking tips, restaurants, things to do. The property is beautiful at the top of a hill right next to the Alpe di Suisi cable car lift. Loved seeing the red cable cars going up the mountain. This place is a great location with quick access the lifts and best trails.

Gorgeous view from our balcony. Miss it already! Super clean and great breakfast and bar!

Cons:

Love everything! This place is at the top of a hill with about a 10 minute walk to the bottom and city center Folks with accessibility challenges will need to take advantage of the shuttle and bus that will take you to town.

Amazing stay would return again!
Pros:

Amazing location, loved being just a short walk up the hill from the town centre. Clean and comfortable and the breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Would recommend to anyone basing out of Ortisei

Pros:

This hotel exceeded my initial expectations, the photos didn't really sell it as well as it could. Staff were every helpful and very friendly, even offered me parking in the garage for my motorcycle. The rooms were immaculate and a good size. Unfortunately we got there a little late so didn't get to use the wellness area. We chose to walk into ortisei and it doesn't take long at all, the hill is very steep though. I would happily go back again

Only one issue with the stay, I found a couple electrical sockets came out the wall removing chargers

Großes, neu renoviertes Zimmer mit Blick auf St. Ulrich. Große Frühstücksauswahl. Liebevolles Welcome Paket für den Hund. Parkplatz und Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Liebevoll geführtes Familienhotel! Das Hotel liegt ziemlich weit oben am Berg, bietet aber einen Shuttle Service in den Ort an. Sehr angenehme, saubere Zimmer und ein tolles Frühstück!
