Peter's my buddy
Rain
There was a problem with the hot water in my room but Peter quickly moved me to another room which was appreciated
Breakfast really good - lovely lady serving to chat with
Very quiet village - no evening meal option apart from a take away
Nobody available at check in time. Bore no resemblance to website.
It was a lovely stay
The room was freezing cold and the bed horribly uncomfortable- other guests got an electric heater in the middle of the night- the key for the front door didn’t work.
There was no heating in the room and when we queried, this had to wait some time while this was being checked and we were eventually given a dimplex heater.
The breakfast room was without heating next morning, this in early February.
Hall and stair carpets were very dusty as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Location and part of local pub. Breakfast good
Room very cold, uncomfortable bed, tiny bathroom with poor shower. Very expensive compared to other accommodation of higher standard
Peter and staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Served a purpose for stopping off on route down south. Basic accommodation with a basic breakfast. Friendly and with bar.
Felt cold, but so have all the places I have stayed in in Ireland and the weather was snowy with an arctic blast. Just needed the temp turning up. Jo
