The location is excellent , just off the main road,
ample free parking, helpful reception staff, very clean property, facilities are great, nice decent breakfast options, everything was working condition...clean linen n absolutely clean bathrooms....nice restaurant with a variety of cuisine to order at the room or have at the restaurant.....portion sizes were really good

The size of the rooms could have been a bit bigger with a table n chair would help ...nothing else not to like about the place

Dear Booking.com Customer Support,

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at Super Townhouse Hotel All In One Near City Centre Salt Lake, Kolkata.

Check-in: Friday, October 2, 2026
Check-out: Monday, October 5, 2026

Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor and unhygienic condition. The room was extremely dirty, there was a bad smell, and the bedsheets and pillow covers appeared to be reused and not properly cleaned.

I booked the hotel for three nights and paid the full amount in advance. However, because of the unacceptable conditions, I could stay only one night and had to leave the hotel and find another hotel in New Town, Kolkata, which was actually available at a better price.

I am very disappointed that Booking.com recommended and provided this type of hotel. I request you to investigate this property and take appropriate action so that other customers do not face the same experience.

Since I was unable to stay for the remaining two nights due to the hotel's poor hygiene and condition, I also request a refund for the unused nights.

Please treat this complaint seriously and provide me with a proper resolution.

I appreciated receptionist Rupkatha madam excellent behaviour and services for guests. Your foods was excellent.

Only Receptionist Rupakatha madam behaviour, guest control everything is excellent but I am sorry to say receptionist Nikhilesh Paul behaviour was very tough. The person through erating . He is not interested to help guest Billing system was very bad from Nikhilesh end. My flight time is 17th morning 7 o'clock and I request him please prepare bill 16th after 12.05 pm & hold it in reception with seal sign but he dine and excuse that his home so far from hotel. After that I request Rupkatha mam and she prepared bill and told him please complete seal sign and Handover to Room no 202 guest. But he didn't do it. I hope I will expected a necessary step agonist Nikhilesh Paul. One point I want to mention that day we booked 4 room in POIISSE.

i stay in this property for 2 night ,the staff at this Property were extremely cooperative and professional across all departments ,including Reception's& B, Housekeeping ,and the Kitchen Department ,Everyone was polite ,friendly and genuinely cared about making guest feel comfortable .a Special thanks to Chef & F&B team who personally interacted with guest and ensured everything was perfect .
the food was absolutely delicious and the mocktails were amazing .i had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality .
i would definitely recommended this property to anyone planning a trip to Kolkata ,i look forward to visiting again on my next trip
