Staff behaviour was good.

Cons:

Very small room as per booking price. Waiting time to enter in room was too long whereas we reached at hotel reception by 1 pm. Cleaning of room was too poor, room facilities like tea bag , towel was very low quality. Food quality was average.. Location of hotel was too far from Netaji metro station..we are too much disappointed about all over services on yesterday with Hotel Aston International, 75 Harish Mukherjee Road, Kolkata
