Siamo stati in questo hotel già per due stagioni e ogni soggiorno è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. La straordinaria ospitalità, la pulizia impeccabile e l’attenzione sincera verso gli ospiti ci accompagnano ogni giorno mentre siamo qui.

La famiglia che gestisce l’hotel è premurosa, affettuosa e incredibilmente gentile. L’hotel è sempre perfettamente pulito, gode di una posizione ideale e offre una colazione deliziosa che rende ogni mattina speciale.

Questa volta eravamo in quattro: abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento e in una camera singola, e tutto è stato perfetto.

Ci rivedremo sicuramente il prossimo anno.

Obiekt mieści się w samym centrum Pinzolo ,
tuż przy ryneczku.
Bardzo dobry dojazd samochodem . Przystanek skibus zaledwie 100 m od apartamentu.
Stoki narciarskie oddalone 10min spacerem lub jeden przystanek skibusem.
Personel bardzo miły . Bez problemu można się porozumieć w j. angielskim.

I recommend this hotel 100%. If I ever come back to Pinzolo, I'll definitely be back.

Great location. Everything is within walking distance. The ski lift is about a 10-minute walk away, but there's a ski bus right outside the hotel. The view from the window was fantastic. Both the owners and staff were very helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Very tasty breakfasts, always smiling lady serving scrambled eggs and coffee in the morning - you immediately have a different attitude towards the day. What more could you want from a 4-day stay?

Cons:

Breakfasts could be more varied - but for a short stay it's ok.

Posto che la mia colazione è esclusivamente a base di cereali e bevande vegetali, che erano disponibili, probabilmente un ospite più tradizionale potrebbe gradire una maggiore varietà. Trattandosi di una struttura con capacità di accoglienza limitata, posso ipotizzare che sia una scelta mirata a limitare lo spreco. La posizione sulla piazza ha pro e contro. La sera, con gli spettacoli, un po' di rumore nonostante l'ottima insonorizzazione e l'alloggio al 4 piano. In ogni caso eccellente rapporto prezzo/prestazioni. Da qui la valutazione massima che va rapportata alle caratteristiche della struttura. In ogni caso, pulizia e cortesia in assoluto i punti di forza più evidenti.

Pros:

Midden in het centrum van Pinzolo, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Goede kamer en goed ontbijt. Ook prima parkeren bij het hotel.

Cons:

Bed was een beetje aan de zachte kant voor ons. Wij zijn wat harder gewend, maar is niet echt een min punt want we hebben prima geslapen.
