It was really nice.
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful experience with an excellent view and outstanding room service during my stay. However, I did encounter a bit of an issue with the electricity. Thankfully, the hotel management was incredibly attentive to the situation and always had the generator on standby, which was reassuring.

One suggestion I have is to look into servicing the air conditioning units, as the compressor and cooling could use some attention. Despite this minor concern, I must say that the terrace was absolutely heavenly. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

Cons:

The AC starts cooling slowly
And the electricity issue.

Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious, with an excellent lake view. Breakfast was included, and the staff suggested having it on the rooftop to take in the views — a great recommendation.
The location is great, just a few steps from the lake (boating, walking/running track), and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options.
The best part of our stay was the service. The staff were exceptional from the very beginning — friendly and attentive. We really appreciated that they actively sought feedback during our stay and quickly acted on our suggestions.
Highly recommend this hotel and we would happily stay here again.

Great views
Pros:

Nice view of lake, mountain, sarangkot, shiv statue and world peace pagoda. The bathroom has hot water, and the beds are comfortable enough.

Cons:

Stanza grande, bella vista… ma troppe mancanze
Pros:

Stanza molto grande, più ampia della media a Pokhara.

Bella vista sul lago, quando non disturbata dal rumore.

Cons:

Pulizia insufficiente: la stanza (con cucina e balcone) era palesemente poco pulita. Sembrava fosse stato igienizzato solo il centro della stanza, mentre angoli e superfici laterali erano pieni di polvere. Non all’altezza del prezzo richiesto.

Rumore costante: essendo fronte lago, c’è musica alta fino a tarda notte.

Scarsa insonorizzazione: si sente tutto dal corridoio, dalle altre stanze e persino dai lavoratori che parlano e ridono all'esterno. Si percepiscono continuamente passi e rumori metallici provenienti dalle scale.

Rapporto qualità–prezzo basso: per la stessa cifra abbiamo trovato un hotel nettamente migliore nei giorni successivi.

Personale giovane e poco professionale: pur essendo gentili, manca una figura più esperta e organizzata.

Colazione molto scarsa: poche opzioni; il secondo giorno non c’era il buffet e bisognava ordinare dal menù. Preparazione veloce ma offerta davvero limitata.

Foto non corrispondenti: dalle immagini online la struttura appare più curata di quanto sia realmente.

Хороший вид из номера на озеро.

Cons:

Очень очень шумно. До полуночи вы будете слушать концерты с набережной. В самом отеле нет шумоизоляции, разговоры и смех с первого этажа будете слышать на пятом. Мы из-за этого почти не спали и нам пришлось переехать уже на следующий день.

לא סידרו את החדר והחליפו מגבות, אמרו שהיינו צריכים לבקש.
ארוחת בוקר הוגשה כשהמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה אחרת אנחנו היינו צריכים לבקש להכין לנו ארוחת בוקר(במקום שהצוות ישאל אם אנחנו מעונינים בארוחת בוקר, כפי שקורה במלונות אחרים), כך קרה שקמנו לארוחה בבוקר הראשון והיינו צריכים לבקש ארוחת בוקר.
