Pros:

Lo staff era giovane e molto gentile, ma in difficoltà nel trovare la soluzione ad alcuni problemi (avevamo un vicino che ancora alla una di notte guardava la TV a tutto volume, abbiamo chiesto assistenza ma la persona che è venuta era in difficoltà, nn sapeva bene cosa fare). La stanza era pulita.

Cons:

La stanza era senza alcun tipo di riscaldamento, si gelava la notte.
La posizione è molto fuori da Pushkar, i ristoranti e locali segnati nelle vicinanze in realtà nn ci sono (a parte il wineshop).

Went all fine up till the check out. I guess this group of hotels is “Enter at your own risk”

Staff needs to get properly trained.
We had to wait 30 mins to get the exit clearance from reception staff. This was the only hotel which made guests wait after check out. Confronted the front desk where they said they are checking rooms for damages after checkout. I went with family with two infants. Skipped new year party prior 31st night as well. Was unaware of this idiotic process at this hotel by untrained front desk staffs.

Did not expected to move out of the hotel in a bad mood.

Pros:

Really beautiful place. Really polite and well mannered staff. We enjoyed our stay there and felt like home. Dinner was really good and everything was delicious.

Excellent facilities and great value for money!
Pros:

Excellent facilities and staff services, location is in a really secluded location with beautiful surroundings. Stayed in a family room, amazing space, layout and room facilities. Really impressed, excellent value for money.

Cons:

If there's any negative is that the hotel is located in a very secluded location. However, it's really quiet.

The wait time at the restaurant was minimum 1 hour
Which can be due to holi
The manager on the desk was kind of worked up with our questions
Everything was about paying first upfront and then giving us what we want
For example we told them to add extra bed in a room when we checked in and we had come from a long journey of 10 hours but the manager called us downstairs from the room to pay first and then only they gave us the extra bed
Considering a good property, these small hickups should not be there

Pros:

The location and rooms were pretty sorted

Cons:

The staff being rude and always pushing us to go for the buffet instead we requested for alacarte all the times.
In the end we got what we wanted but too pushy.
Also the wait time in the restaurants was almost an hour but that was communicated to us
Breakfast on the last day came after 1.5 hours
