My stay in Pushkar was nothing short of magical. The property truly reflects Rajasthani heritage with its beautiful architecture, vibrant interiors, and warm hospitality.
They have recently renovated it so beautifully, the garden was so relaxing , facing to the lake , this property was perfect for calm and peace during my stay. The owners are doing really hard to meet up guest requirements.
I came here last year as well. But the development i saw this year was truly amazing. Everything is changed ,I am sure you will grow higher.
A must visit place if you are in pushkar.
I liked everything.
The location is great. The room was large. The staff was very helpful. It was a great place to relax.
Despite continuous efforts we never did get hot water. Could have been a little cleaner.
This property was very nice and the room had wonderful views of the lake from all windows.
It was very beautiful to see the sunrise and sunset from this room. It felt like I was traveling back in time while staying in this 500 year old palace. Highly recommend this place.
It had good hot was and good AC in the room room for hot days. The price felt very reasonable for such a wonderful room with excellent views.
The staff was very nice and personable.
The chai was delicious too.
Very shanti vibe. I will definitely stay here again if I travel back to Pushkar.
Location and View
room rent and Food rate is very high
The host family and the stuff were super friendly and helpful. Although my bus left at 6am, the host offered to take me to the bus station.
The Heritage, an ancient palace dating back to the 16th century, is an oasis of tranquility, beautifully situated directly on the holy lake. A restaurant is included; you can eat in the leafy courtyard, on the castle battlements, or in the tower room. One of the rooms is very beautiful in a tower

Nothing about the place.
Even after confirming via booking.com with me about the stay when we reached there, we even got a little late, they informed us on the spot that our room was already occupied. They gave us the driver's room instead which was extremely unhygienic. We later tried to get out of the place, which was a bit difficult because of holi, they were incorporating with us.
Heritage property n family for many generations - they have there own ghat to lake
A real gem on the banks of the lake.
Old style Haveli that has only recently been started to be converted to a hotel. It's a family home that takes guest rather than a modern hotel. We got the amazing lake view suite book this if you get a chance. Nothing like it and your view of the ghats is unbelievable. Staff are friendly and really helpful. The wifi was perfect unlike some reviews said. Hot water really good. Lush garden
Nothing
No hot water for 2 days in a row. Not worth the money spent
all the staff were helpful and nice. Guru is hospitable and caring, always available. ask him if you need a taxi or instructions around town.
The location is great just on the lake, with an enclosed ghat. monkeys are coming often to visit the roofs. everything felt safe
there's a small badminton pitch and some huge turtles on campus.
like most hotels here there's no heating only cooling AC so mind bringing hot clothes for night time when it's getting colder.
mind that they close the gate at 10pm for safety, you will need to knock on the door and someone will open.
The location and view is amazing. Beautiful old palace, although it could use some maintenance. Garden is nice, and the manager is kind and helpful.
The hotel didnt live up to our expectations based on the booking description and pictures. The beds were not comfortable, not enough blankets and the facilities lacking. It was described as luxurious but it was not. A few examples: water was cold (even when boiler was turned on), windows were dirty, outside terrace was in bad condition and couldn’t be enjoyed because of monkeys. we also experienced some trouble with payment. We expected to pay by card, we had to pay cash since their card machine was broken. the owner reffered us to a friend where we could get cash for a small fee. The manager however was helpful in this case and in the end we payed in cash from the ATM and got a picture of the bill.
Not much
This is not a hotel it's a homestay. The condition is *very* grubby and shabby - not like what is shown in the pictures. The lake could just about be seen from our lake view room but we got moved due to faulty toilet. Our new room had no window - just a metal grill so the noise from barking dogs at night was unbearable. 3 of our 4 rooms had no hot water. When I complained in the morning I was told by the manager that we had 'accepted the rooms' - but it's very difficult to reject once you are a couple of hours into your stay. In summary it was a terrible experience
Very sweet hotel with lovely lake views from the room. The octagonal bed in the bay window was very lovely.
It was a lot more basic than I had expected from the pictures. Definitely wouldn’t call the room “luxury” as it was described.
