Pros:

Zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen, dieses Mal Zimmer sauberer als beim ersten Aufenthalt. Allerdings große Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus, worauf wir vor Anreise nicht aufmerksam gemacht wurden. Jeden Tag Lärm ab 6Uhr.

Sehr durchgelegene Matratzen. Unfreundliche Restaurantbesitzer, sobald man vor dem Haus auch nur kurz parken möchte.

Ich habe eine völlig überteuerte Übernachtung gebucht( 170€ vs 95€ einen Tag später! Einen Tag vorher wurde ich gefragt, ob ich mein Zimmer tauschen wolle, da es dort ein Loch in der Wand gäbe. Ich habe das verneint, weil ich es für eine Nacht unerheblich fand. Nach dieser Entscheidung bekam ich meinen Zimmercode. Das Loch war dann die Komplette Freilegung der Zu- und Abflüsse zum Waschbecken im Bad. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nur sehr, sehr langsam ab. Jede Wasserleitung verursachte nach In Betriebnahme ca. 15 Minuten Geräusche….. Für die heißeste Nacht seit Jahrzehnten kann die Unterkunft nichts; aber die lapidare Mitteilung, die Ventilatoren seien leider defekt, ich möchte mir doch einen eigenen mitbringen, hat mich schon verblüfft!
Von drei unterschiedlichen Zimmercodes in unserer Familie funktionierte mitten in der Nacht nur einer, was nur deshalb nicht unkritisch war, weil wir rein zufällig alle gleichzeitig ins Hotel zurückgekehrt sind. In Summe habe ich keinerlei Anlass, diese Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

Sehr zentral gelegen

Cons:

Leider nicht sauber, keine freien Parkplätze, keine Klimaanlage. Gardinen waren auch nicht überall vollständig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher riechen muffig. Ausschlafen war auch nicht möglich, da auf der Baustelle direkt nebenan auch am Samstag gearbeitet wurde.

Sehr schmutziger Hausgang. Im Zimmer ist ein fauliger, unangenehmer Geruch. Es ist so hellhörig, dass man alles im Nebenzimmer hört. Leider war es dort die ganze Nacht so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Feuermelder fehlt.

I really liked the room, it was spacious and organized into nice areas (with some kitchen appliances mix-ups, as below). The area is quiet and has a really lovely small town vibe to it.

Cons:

The kitchen area was a little small and some appliances were in a different part of the room. Getting to Koln from that part of Pulheim with public transport was a bit of a challenge, I expected it to be a bit easier. The place is also far away from Pulheim town center, so getting anything other than groceries on Saturday morning required us to get either a bus or a taxi.

Pros:

Kitchen fully stock with electric oven, stovetop and fridge. Comflrtable beds. Convenient self-check in. Responsive host.

Cons:

No blackout courtains. No clean service, not even to remove the trash, even on a 5 day stay. Dust under the beds and kitchen area. Dishes were not clean. No AC.

Lokalizacja, łatwość znalezienia parkingu w okolicy, łatwość odbióru kluczy , całkiem stabilny internet. Szybki internet .

Cons:

Po przyjezdzie otrzymaliśmy całkiem inne pokoje mimo rezerwacji w bookingu . Pokoj nr 8 jest juz od dłuższego czasu niedostępny a wciąż w bookingu go wynajmują. Po przybyciu okazało sie ze pościele nie były zmienione bo bardzo z nich śmierdziało i pierwszą noc bardzo mieliśmy nieprzyjemną i nieprzespaną !!!!!!!!!!!!!! , co prawda wymienili nam pościel juz na czystą w następnym dniu jak zwróciliśmy uwagę na to . Jak Hotel może takie rzeczy robic i nie prać pościeli i ich wymieniac na świeże dla każdego nowego gościa !!! To jest obrzydliwe!!!!! Niech właściciel tego hotelu zamieni się miejscem z nami i niech wynajmie pokój hotelowy a w nim siedząca potem pościel!! To jest karygodne !
