Une étape pour les thermes
Pros:

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour les thermes que nous apprécions et la possibilité d'en bénéficier tard le soir. Le repas que nous avons pris le soir était simple et bon avec un service très aimable.

Cons:

Nous avons été accueilli assez sèchement. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était petite et plutôt mal isolée par rapport aux bruits de circulation.
Nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi l'accès aux thermes était soumis à un supplément alors que c'est le principal intérêt de ce lieu.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Abendessen sehr lecker, wenn auch sehr teuer.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren so heftig hellhörig. Immer wenn jemand im Nebenzimmer die Tür aufschloss hat es geknallt und so laut sodass man im Bett stand.

Das Frühstück war nur ok und daher ist dieses Hotel absolut überteuert.

Ein sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub. Der Eifelsteig ist direkt vor der Haustür, was will man mehr.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und flexibles Personal. Das fanden wir schon ungewöhnlich.
Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man ganztägig in die Therme und in den sehr gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum. Zimmer 15 hat einen eigenen Zugang zur Therme und eine Küche, die aber nicht ausgestattet ist. Da die Therme riesengroß ist, kann man sich dort drei Tage ohne Langeweile aufhalten. Massagen kann man auch buchen. Das haben wir aber nicht gemacht. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, guter Standard. DM und Netto und ein Bioladen sind fussläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Uns war nicht klar, dass das Hotel an eine Therme angegliedert ist, in der von außerhalb aus allen angrenzenden Regionen Personen einen Kurzurlaub für einen Tag machen. Das wird bei Booking.com nicht wirklich deutlich. Wenn man im Hotel anruft, dann landet man automatisch in der Therme. Das ist schon irritierend.
In Zimmer 15 ist es von Vorteil, einen Reisekocher, Tassen und Gläser mitzubringen. Das fehlt alles, obwohl eine Küche vorhanden ist.

Cons:

Bei der Anreise wurde ich gefragt, wann ich frühstücken möchte. Da ich früh abreisen musste, war mein Wunsch 7 Uhr. Dies wollte man auch möglich machen. Leider hat das nicht geklappt, das Frühstückspersonal wusste davon nichts und meinte, dass es erst um 8 Uhr fertig ist.
Ebenso habe ich bei Anreise nach der Rechnung gefragt. Diese sollte auch am Morgen bei Abreise fertig sein. Auch davon hat der Frühstücksmitarbeiter nichts gewusst.
Der "Schreibtisch" ist durch seine Form total ungeeignet, um mit einem Laptop zu arbeiten.
Wenn ich nun den Zimmerpreis sehe, ist dieser total überzogen. Ich werde bestimmt nicht mehr kommen.
