Good
There was water coming from the floor and they refused to give a refund. This was my last option and I still didn’t stay I took the Lq?
I did not stay at that hotel. The access card for the room did not work and they said they would have to open the door with a crowbar for me to even enter and stay there. The hotel is not safe it is not clean and I’m going to expect a full refund for the stay. If I do not get that within seven days, I will file a dispute with my credit card company directly.
Place should be condemned
This 'hotel' is so utterly horrible I suspect it's not a legitimate hotel rather a defunct hotel no longer in business that someone decided to rent rooms out of.
It's really that bad.
Most of the residents appear to be homeless people/squatters. The rooms are not fit for human occupancy. They're roach infested and filthy with broken furniture and appliances and holes everywhere.
They are in violation of every imaginable building code. No smoke alarms (there were the remains of one with wires dangling on the ceiling of my 'room'.
As I was waiting for my room to be available, I read reviews about the place and saw a lot of complaints about roaches and bedbugs. I expressed concern about this to the man at the front desk and he assured me it wasn't a problem (it definitely IS a very serious problem there).
I'm going to be following up on this place to see if it actually is a legitimately licensed to operate hotel because it really appears to be an abandoned shell of a hotel in ruins occupied by homeless people that some people decided to list rooms for rent online.
I can't believe Expedia would allow a filthy dangerous and likely illegally operated place to be listed on their site.
One room had roaches running across the wall the next room smelled like pot and everything stunk and there was no lighting at all in the parking lot
Room was disgusting. Roaches everywhere. Mold in bathroom ceiling. Bed was nasty and was sitting on floor. Fridge did not work. Water wouldn’t shut off. Blood stains from bugs on walls. Chester was broken. Didn’t have tv. Ac barely worked. Outside was nasty with trash everywhere. I slept in my car in parking lot. Felt nasty.
It was roach infested with holes on the wall. Tub and toilet was really dirty and disgusting. To put the cherry on top I brought out my food for one second then roaches came out of nowhere and crawled all in my food
I got mugged by one of the "residents"
Horrible
Staff was really nice
The only thing good was the wifi
It didn't have heat in the room on top of all the roaches in the room
It was located close to I-400, which make it easy to get to Atlanta and back.
Roaches everywhere!
So I addressed the issue the staff was friendly and gave me another room that wasn’t under construction.
But the room I got had paint chipping and roaches. If I wasn’t intoxicated I would have left.
Nothing. The front desk clerk gave me a key to another man's room. I had to go to another hotel due to lack of availability in the area and will be submitting that bill today. Priceline/Booking.com should take this hotel off of their list of hotels. There was a person sleeping outdoors on the ground in the hallway.
Everything.
They given another key of my room to other guest, I just about to sleep someone open my door, I was so scared, I have been to front desk and asked them why they did it they said it was a mistake. My question what kind of mistake is this. I was alone there in that room, anything could be happened.
Location.
Hotel cleaning process poor for my room
