Pros:

The hotel is nicely renovated, very clean, and the pictures presented on the site are in accordance with the reality. The hotel is situated a walking distance to the center of the city. The communication with the hotel before our stay was more than expected.

Cons:

The hotel has a parking lot and we asked the staff of the hotel to book our parking spot for our small van in advance and they did. Our spot was marked with our name as agreed. This, however, proved to be not enough to secure our parking. We arrived later in the evening, and our spot was taken by another guest of the hotel. As the reception works only until 7pm, there was nowhere to complain.

High-class 4 star hotel in the heart of Kosice
Pros:

Excellent 4 star hotel. Everything is as in the pictures. Even better.
Big comfortable bed, high-class bathroom, coffee and tea machine in the room.
Good location, 1 km from the Saint Elizabeth church. Very good breakfast, with excelent coffee.
