Confusing because we actually got relocated to a nearby property; the relocated property was great.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely easier to get into and easy to park as it is a bit outside the center. Liked the sea view we had.

Cons:

The actual hotel we booked was under renovation. They didn't provide clear instruction that we were actually going to be relocated to a property a block away. Eventually we spotted a sign on the door of the original hotel giving better instructions. The day before we arrived they said to call a phone number but it didn't work and tried to message them but didn't get a responsde. However the relocated property was excellent.

Very comfortable hotel with a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located on the seafront with great views. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious with a large balcony. The breakfast provided a great variety of options.

本来订的是Victoria Palace酒店，订的时候不显示，到的前一天才联系变更酒店，而且没接到电话后只是留了一个请回电的短信，未在短信中直接说明酒店变更及新的酒店地址，害得我开车绕了好几圈后主动打电话联系才发现换了地方。变更后的酒店比原来的酒店离老城更远些，设施也一般，不够5星标准

Disappointing in so many ways. Hard to recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

We actually didn’t get to stay at Victoria Palace. We were told the night before that we would be staying at The Sea Palace because of maintenance at Victoria Palace. We had no say in the matter. We were told we were lucky because Sea Palace is five star. It certainly does not rate as a five star hotel by us, not even close! We just came from a five star hotel, which was absolutely wonderful. Sea Palace was a huge disappointment. The older lady on Reception was lovely, and the man making coffee at breakfast was brilliant.

Cons:

The room, the linen, the lack of amenities, the breakfast, the number of things that just did not work, the leak on floor two when it rains, and the water is just allowed to pool on the floor, and wet all the mats. The stairs that you have to carry your suitcases up to get to Reception.
