A well run restaurant with rooms
Pros:

Comfortable room, restauarant very good, helpful staff.

Cons:

There was a diffuser in the room and the smell was very strong and not very pleasant. Had to remove it from the room and open the window and door to try together the smell out, it was irritating my nose and catching in my throat.

Viel Leistung für wenig Geld
Pros:

Unschlagbares Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Saubere Zimmer mit automatischem Dachfenster in Zimmer und Bad. Direkt neben der Autobahn. Die hört man nur bei offenem Fenster, aber so leise, dass es nicht störte. Albergo Borgovecchio liegt in einem ruhigen Industrieviertel 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Balerna. Super Frühstück. Kein Buffet, aber man bekommt alles, was man wünscht. Sehr gutes Brot und gute Croissants. Alle sind freundlich. Im Restaurant gibt es gutes und günstiges Abendessen. Sehr sauber. Im Flur steht eine Nesspresso Maschine und man kann Tee machen.

Endroit sympatique
Pros:

Un petit déjeuner copieu, grand jus d'orange, croissant, confiture, biscottes, charcuterie. Chambre climatisée. Nous avons eu un très beau temps, un joli coin agréable. Il y a quelques places de parking devant l'hotel avec une place handicapée. Les autres places sont sur le coté de l'hotel.

Cons:

Je préfère dormir fenêtre ouverte, mais je n'ai pas pu le faire car la voie rapide est au dessus de notre hotel, entendons les voitures circulées.

Für drei Tage Aufenthalt ok, aber für Ferien nicht geeignet.
Pros:

Das Personal war hilfsbereit und nett. Das Frühstück reichhaltig aber ohne Buffet. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren gross.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wird nicht richtig unterhalten. Schwierig mit dem Zimmerschlüssel den Hintereingang zu benützen, da das Schloss dauernd klemmt. Auch das Schloss an der Zimmertür hat eine Macke und konnte am letzten Tag nicht mehr abgeschlossen werden. Am Waschbecken fehlte der Abflussstöpsel. Dazu hatte es keine Mischbatterie und das Kaltwasser klemmte, so dass es nur mit Mühe auf- bzw. zugedreht werden konnte. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Ablageflächen um Produkte abzustellen und der Kleiderschrank ist wackelig und hat quasi keine Tablare. Auch die Betten sind nicht die neuesten, aber immerhin halbwegs bequem.

Pros:

Die Hitelzimmer wirken gar nicht einladend, man kann sich dort nicht wohlfühlen. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass es Zimmer zum Übernachten von lkw Fahrern waren. Direkt uber eine Autobahnbrücke gebaut alles. Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, nachts das Gefühl zu ersticken, zumal das Zimmer winzig war. DIE Bettmatratze war sehr gut und die Bettwäsche sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück extrem extrem wenig, und sehr schlecht. Ein Kleinkund kann davon nicht Frühstücken, zumal wir keine Vielesser sind.

Cons:

Frühstück, Lage des Hotels direkt uber eine Autobahn, Fenster unmöglich zu öffnen, kaum Atmen in der Nacht möglich
