Very bad experience
Pros:

Bullshit. No wifi. No required tv channel. No gym. No spa. No required food. What ever we ask we get no from reception.

Location and size of the room

Cons:

The check in process was disappointing. The person who was available at that time was extremely rude and arrogant, i believe his name was Vansh. He was arguing on the amount without referring to the latest invoice from booking.com and also shouting at his staff which was very unprofessional behavior. No apologies even after realising his mistake..

Food was ok for ala carte orders but breakfast buffet was not upto mark.. probably because it is complimentary?

Very limited toiletries, no tooth rush or paste, and basic things like tissues were placed only upon request.. u would expect the basics when u pay 10k per night!

Pros:

Beautiful resort on the bank of river. Great hospitality. Staff is v cordial.

Cons:

Pool gets closed early. It was long weekend so there was long wait for breakfast and food was just average on that day.

Bad hospitality and poor planning

I had booked two Superior Double Rooms through Booking.com but was allocated regular rooms on arrival, with no prior intimation or consent. This downgrade, despite full payment, felt misleading and unacceptable.

The front office lacked basic courtesy, and even routine requests required repeated follow-ups. Dining and banquet services were poorly managed, with excessive waiting times and insufficient food, suggesting the resort was not prepared for the number of guests accommodated. Even arranging an extra paid bed for a child took an unreasonable amount of time.

While the location and physical upkeep of the resort are good, guest activities were minimal, and overall service delivery fell well below expectations for a Club Mahindra property.

This stay did not reflect the category booked or the standards promised.

Pros:

Rooms and ac. The coconut trees and the ponds.

Cons:

No see food despite of being located in costal area. Nothing much to expect. You can expect what is available in a city four/ five star hotel. The atmosphere is not comfortable for those staying in Hyderabad, Bangalore. May be winter is good time to go( not summer and rainy seasons)

The price on booking.com was 5,000 higher than MMT, agoda with basic room no breakfast. My friend approached the property directly and he got a better room with complimentary breakfast.

They didn't provide dental kit, not even a tooth paste. Food was too pricy if you compare the quality. It's on the bank of river Godavari and the location is nearby the see but they don't serve sea food. They use tank fish like a city restaurant.

Check in time was 2PM and the swimming pool closed by 6.30 PM.one would like to take some rest after travelling by those narrow roads Full of path holes and if you do so by the time you get up everything will be closed.

The rooms are clean and hygiene was maintained. If you are looking for a Horse cart rude, Swimming pool, some indoor games and take photos in the backdrop of the tank and an average food at a hefty price then it's for you.

It was okay but it felt we have paid much more money for the stay

It was peaceful

It is very pricey and there is nothing to do really.

Sports doesn’t matter and boat is not there and we have to buy swimming wear that too it is a public pool.
