Horrible experience

Cons:

Horrible staff who don't help you out. The room we reserved was not available anymore. We didn't receive any information about this in advance, only upon arrival. We had to arrange an other hotel late in the evening by ourself. Our late arrival was even confirmed by this hotel. Extremely horrible experience. I will never make use of this hotel chain ever again!
