Immer wieder gerne! Wer keine 4 oder 5 Sterne braucht ist hier super aufgehoben!
Pros:

Nettes Personal! Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann! Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit einem kleinem Bad. Alles war sauber und gepflegt! Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz direkt davor. In die Stadt geht es ca. 10-15 Minuten die Straße herunter! Alles in allem ein ordentliches und empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Pros:

Very friendly and hospitable owners, always trying to make the guests comfortable and offering their help. Great location with good view of Kutaisi but also close to get to centre. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was amazing.

Великолепный отдых в Кутаиси.
Pros:

Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Великолепное местоположение. Все в пешей доступности. Находится на возвышенности. Винный погреб заслуживает внимания. Крутой подъём из города до отеля. Но зато вид из окна стоит того. Все продумано. Небольшая, но красивая территория. Все создано с любовью. Сам город Кутаиси душевный. Отзывчивые люди.

Хороший отель: уютный, зеленый, с красивым видом на город. Очень приветливый хозяин. Отличный и разнообразный завтрак. Номер большой, комфортный, со всем необходимым.

Cons:

Окно выходило во двор, где ночью ярко горело освещение. Шторы не помогали и в номере было светло.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt.
Die Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage waren sehr leise, so dass sie nachts nicht störten.
Das Frühstück war lecker, sehr vielfältig und auch sehr viel.

Чудовий відпочинок з неймовірною гостинністю!
Залишилися в захваті від перебування в цьому помешканні! Власник — справді душа компанії та неймовірно відкрита людина. З перших хвилин зустрів нас як рідних і пригостив домашньою чачею та коньяком (до речі, у нього є власний винний підвал, тож напої можна придбати й з собою).
Що особливо сподобалося:
Сніданки: Це щось неймовірне! Величезне різноманіття, усе дуже смачне та по-домашньому ситне. Порції такі великі, що ми навіть забирали частину смаколиків із собою в номер.
Номер: Чистий, охайний, з усім необхідним. Кондиціонер працює відмінно, що дуже рятувало.
Територія та краєвид: Вид із вікна просто супер! Також великим плюсом є зручна парковка, де можна спокійно залишити авто.

Cons:

У ванній кімнаті витяжка не зовсім справлялася з навантаженням, тому відчувалася підвищена вологість. Але це дрібниця, яка взагалі не зіпсувала загального враження.
