Ok for 1-2 days with safe parking
Pros:

Safe and guarded parking for our motorbikes. Near to city and good base for trips with Riksha.

Cons:

The room was only clean on the first view. The floor and bathroom wasn't really clean. The bathroom smelt.

The house was very loud. You hear the door slamming from every neighbour.

We had to ask three times for a second towel until we got one.
