Belle surprise dans un petit village de montagne sur notre parcours
Pros:

Restauration super, personnel disponible et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Oeuf "dur" ou oeuf "brouillés" au petit déj serait bien. mais il est déjà pas mal du tout comme cela. Le café est vraiment top. Merci à l'équipe pour leur travail

Schön renoviertes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Schöne Inneneinrichtung im Hotelbereich sowie in den Zimmern.
Im Zimmer mit grosser und offener Kleiderablage

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof
Parkplatz gebührenfrei vor dem Haus
Skiraum mit Skischuhheizung

Cons:

Sehr kleines und enges Zimmer
TV nicht benutzt, ist viel zu hoch aufgehängt.
Die Abflüsse haben sehr stark gerochen, Hausdienst war proaktiv, eine geringe Geruchsbelästigung lag dennoch vor.
Auf Zimmerwechsel wurde nicht eingegangen, was als inakzeptabel bewertet wird.
Gedecke für Frühstück mussten selber aufgelegt werden, der Tisch sollte gedeckt sein.
Frühstücksangebot hat Luft nach oben, könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.

Perfect stay at the best location
Pros:

Perfect location close to the train station. Very clean and organized. We arrived early around 12 and they immediately did check-in and gave us our rooms. The food and coffee served at the restaurant was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The young lady with short blond hair was the best waitress, very kind and always available for orders and calm and polite. The whole experience worth the price for sure.
It was also not very touristic location so very calm and nice area to relax/ski/sledge.

Gutes Erlebnis
Pros:

Moderne Einrichtung, bequemes Bett, tolles Frühstück, Sauna ist sauber, in der Nähe (2min) fährt Bus Richtung Fideris um Schlitteln zu gehen.

Cons:

Direkt am Bahnhof und darum etwas laut wenn der Zug einfährt.
