2家族でワイワイ泊まるには最高でした！
Pros:

大人数でワイワイ泊まれて良かったです！
綺麗で清潔感・安心感もありました✨
一階にはくつろげるスペースもあり、アメニティも充実していました。

Cons:

施設自体はとても良かったですが、駐車場がなく、隣のコインパーキングは料金がとても高かったです、、、、

Great place to stay in Sapporo
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, it has everything needed, the staff answers quickly, location is great.

Cons:

Trash wasn't taken for more than 24 hours even though we asked about it (placed outside the door). A bit small for 5 ppl even though enough beds.

Pros:

Free use of the self-help washer and dryer - how rare and appreciated! Spacious room for our family of 5 adults. Self check-in and PIN to enter the hotel and room. Met no staff at all, hence no rating for staff. Access to a small balcony to feel the weather outside helps to determine how many layers to wear. Great location near airport bus-stop and access to subway and Susukino.

Location Location Location!! Mediocre cleanliness.
Pros:

Communal area very clean.
Free washing machines and dryers onsite.
Location was fantastic.

Cons:

The trash was not collected during our 6 day stay.
Dust evident in room.
Didn’t feel overly clean. Had a weird gaming chair that felt awkward.

Very good
Pros:

Good size and clean. Great location.

Cons:

Wasn't aware that the hotel is self check in, no on-site staff, they haven't sent me the check-in code before I arrived at 5pm. Cannot even entered the hotel lobby without an entry code. Call their hot line and finally solve the problem. The call center staffs are very helpful indeed. If you would like to book this hotel, make sure you get the room number and code before you arrive.
