Wasn't aware that the hotel is self check in, no on-site staff, they haven't sent me the check-in code before I arrived at 5pm. Cannot even entered the hotel lobby without an entry code. Call their hot line and finally solve the problem. The call center staffs are very helpful indeed. If you would like to book this hotel, make sure you get the room number and code before you arrive.
Location is quite good, close to a lot of stores, Parco and Mitsugoshi Dpt stpre. It's also within walking distance to susukino and the park. For those who enjoy walking, Sapporo station can be reached by foot. We walked from Sapporo station.
The bed is cozy and we feel like home with a table to dine together with delicious Hokkaido origin produce.
Good accommodation for a family or a group travel.
1. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The fridge and the public area like the doorless closet are not clean enough. You can see dust flying when you move something. This should definitely be improved.
2. The check-in lobby is stuffy without AC during summer time.
The room was spacious with complete amenities.The staff was very accommodating.
Some parts of the room were dusty specially the balcony area.
Loved everything about this place. I was a little concerned about the check-in process but it was very easy and smooth due to the exceptional communication received.
I would 100% stay here again.
