Location, value, comfortable beds/linens, good breakfast, friendly/helpful staff.
Bathrooms were a little dated.
Because I didn't have a water view I got a fireplace instead. I prefer the fireplace because I arrived at night and left in the morning.
I wasn't able to use the elliptical machine at the gym because it came with no instructions and didn't seem to work.
Good location, clean rooms, simple breakfast a bonus treat

We loved everything!! The staff was super friendly and helpful!! The breakfast was delicious!!
There was nothing we did not like.

Staff was very warmly welcoming, greeted us each time we left or returned to the property.
They checked to make sure we were in need of anything, which we were not.

It was clean and comfortable, providing a nice setting in which to relax on a weekend trip. Offered great location to surrounding areas in Lake Union or other nearby neighborhoods. Secure on site parking.
The Hotel was friendly as well as Quiet. The breakfast was better than anywhere you could go buy a breakfast. The parking was safe and easy. I had forgot and left a light on in my car needless to say when I went out to start in the morning my battery wasn't up to the job so as luck would have it a very friendly maintenance man was walking by and got it jumped for us. A very BIG thank you for that!! The room was very roomy and the view was fantastic of lake Union. It was best at night to see all the lights shimmering off the water. The heater wasn't loud either, Loved that!

Had to pay for parking. I understand space is limited, but I don't feel it was reasonable to have to pay for parking. No pool or hot tub.
Great location. Excellent view overlooking Lake Union. Plenty of parking. Clean, modern and comfortable.
$30 per night charge for parking. Won’t give to Silver Rewards if booked through Booking.com.
