Small parking stalls, fills up quickly but worked for us.
Cleaned and customer service
It was located close to downtown city center, but far enough away from all the traffic and busyness. Everything was clean and modern. It was quiet and relaxing. The staff was always available and helpful. The included breakfast was excellent.
I do not have any negative things to say.

We had a wonderful stay at Silver Cloud Hotel in Seattle. The hotel staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. They went out of their way to help us work out a request for an extended stay, which we really appreciated.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were especially friendly and helpful. After busy days touring around Seattle, it was a great place to come back to and relax.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Silver Cloud Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay in Seattle. The friendly staff made our visit even more enjoyable!
It would be nice to have a few more different choices or a rotating menu from day to day for breakfast, especially for guests staying multiple nights. This would make the breakfast experience more enjoyable and give guests more options during their stay.

The size of the room, the walk out to patio, the overall amenities. The friendliness of the breakfast staff and the constant maintenance of the breakfast areas. Excellent gym - clean, everything worked, materials to keep the areas clean, water and towels were available and staff were in to upkeep the maintenance.
Pubic hair on the towels, toilet maintenance not done, maid staff walking into my room an hour before I checked out, the staff at check in failed to tell me anything about the hotel after I stated this was my first time at their hotels, the evening staff when I asked where breakfast and the gym were- were very short with me almost frustrated. When I called to ask if they can tell the staff to talk to their maid staff to not enter room if people are still there she said they should knock first but I didn’t hear because I was in the bathroom- she was defending the staff member for entering my room.- I was only there for one night.
It was easy to get everywhere from this hotel.
The ad approached false advertising. I paid for a bay view. Which I had. But u also saw the industrial boat space up close. It wasn’t really worth the extra money.
