Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit sensationellem Ausblick auf das Bergpanorama. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Sigrid, eine entzückende, kompetente und supernette Servicekraft.

posizione assolutamente fantastica, piscina esterna con vista meravigliosa, spa con aree relax curate e panoramiche. Cibo curato e buono. Parcheggio vicino e facile. Camere pulitissime

Cons:

pochissimo, forse un "rinfresco" agli arredi delle camere più per essere in linea con il rinnovamento avvenuto alle zone comuni. Forse un menù cena con meno riferimenti al territorio di quanto sperato, anche se credo che a uno straniero questo sia invece un lato positivo!

Bellissimo Hotel in mezzo alla natura
Pros:

Ottima qualità cibi, vista stupenda, bella spa pulita. Poi tutto molto organizzato.

Cons:

Manca il frigorifero in camera. Forse sarebbe stato carino fare trovare prodotti tipici in camera.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage und sehr guter Küche
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder für die Gletscherbahn. Das großzügige Zimmer mit dem Blick ins Tal hat uns gut gefallen. Der Zimmerservice sorgt für blitzsaubere Zimmer. Die Halbpension können wir empfehlen, durch die Bank überzeugend leckere Gerichte, wunderbar angerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen und bietet eine große Auswahl regional hochwertiger Produkte. Die Damen vom Service sind schnell und freundlich. Insgesamt sind die hochmotivierten Mitarbeiter immer sehr hilfsbereit.

Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Aussenpool haben wir nach den Schnee-Wanderungen genossen.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön für den sehr schönen Blumenstrauß der auf Bestellung von meinem Mann zum Geburtstag organisiert wurde!!!
Und darüber hinaus noch eine Empfehlung für einen kleinen Ausflug: Leckeren Speck, Käse und Honig gibt’s bei der Hofkäserei Infangl (Katharinenberg)

Hotel selbst ok, gutes Essen, leider ein negatives Erlebnis

vegetarisches Essen und Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Wir haben morgens gesehen dass alle Gäste textilfrei badeten und daher angenommen, dass der Pool zur Sauna gehört. Als wir den Pool am Abend nach der Sauna selbst nutzten (wir waren dort die einzigen Gäste) wurden wir vom Hauschef von oben herab durch ein Fenster in rüdem Ton des Pools verwiesen. Architektonisch bilden Saunabereich und Pool eine Einheit, es gibt keinerlei Sichtschutz, eindeutige Beschilderungen oder Informationen, was wozu gehört, sind ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Die Vorgehensweise sowie die Art und Weise der Hotelleitung empfanden wir als absolut respektlos!! In dieser Preisklasse hätten wir erwartet, dass Gästen in jedem Fall Wertschätzung entgegengebracht wird.
