Tranquilo para descansar y la ubicación, todo lo interesante a no más de 15 minutos caminando

Ideal city location.
Pros:

The Maestranza is perfect for its central location, amid popular restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly and helpful , happy to share their local knowledge. It was clean and tidy. For the price I would have expected a basic breakfast, even hot drinks. Otherwise it was perfe t for our purpose.

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Desde el primer día, la señora de recepción nos atendió de manera muy poco amable, lo cual marcó negativamente toda nuestra estancia.

En una ocasión, nuestro hijo, que no se alojaba en el hotel, quiso subir un momento a nuestra habitación y no se le permitió, lo cual nos pareció excesivamente estricto. Además, teníamos que dejar la llave siempre en recepción, algo bastante incómodo.

Cuando decidimos comentar su actitud poco amigable y expresamos que no estábamos satisfechos y que no volveríamos, su respuesta fue literalmente: “eso espero”. Nos pareció una falta de profesionalidad total.

Por otro lado, reservamos una habitación con cama doble, pero después de pagar, el hotel nos informó de que eso dependía de la disponibilidad. Para nuestra sorpresa, terminamos en una habitación con dos camas individuales.

Es una pena, porque cuando uno está de vacaciones quiere relajarse y disfrutar, y no sentirse incómodo cada vez que entra al hotel por el trato recibido.

Lo único positivo es la ubicación, que realmente es muy buena.
