The bar Terraza Mirador Atalaya will be open from Sunday to Thursday, from 11:00h to 24:00h, while Fridays and Saturdays it will be open from 11:00h to 01:00h am.

When booking 3 rooms or more will become nonrefundable. A prepayment is going to be requested.

Children aged 18 and under are not allowed in the spa.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

这是一家管理水平和设施和人员都很差的酒店，住过就知道了。
Pros:

除了是塞维利亚最高的建筑意外，完全没有值得一提的地方，前台接待非常差，卫生奇差，管理水平很低的一家酒店，住过以后就全明白了。

Cons:

全部重新来过吧。

Amazing view and that is it rest slightly disappointing as for 5 stars hotel. Will not come back.
Pros:

View from the room was indeed outstanding.
very comfortable and big bed.
spacious room and closet.

Cons:

Well, as it is 5* hotel i would expect everything to be perfect (or close to it).
Through whole visit there were minor but annoying issues.
Door dd not work - you could have open them without card. There were fixed, but i was late for business meeting.
as had two separate bookings (corporate and private) - in the same class room, i was told that i don't have to do check out and check in..... even so staff was either not aware or forgot about it as i was asked to check out in-between bookings :)
last but not least, TV was connected to w-f - was old and no apps available on it... - again... 5* hotel?
