First time visit at Forrest Hills, and it was beyond satisfactory. Eeveryone was very helpful and sweet. The Room was cute, clean, ans spotless. The Food was Good!!! Great service by Mas Gilvary and mbak Alma… Will definitely come again for my next Visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a truly satisfying experience at Forrest Hills Hotel Ciwidey. The hotel offered excellent service and great facilities including clean and comfortable rooms, a karaoke room, a swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a variety of breakfast options, and a relaxing afternoon tea session.

What made our stay extra special was the support from the hotel staff in helping us celebrate our child's birthday. Special thanks to Vika and Vania for the beautiful mirror art and thoughtful room decoration — it really made the moment unforgettable.

Highly recommended for both family getaways and special occasions!

The hotel is right beside the main road, but if you do not pay close attention, you may pass by very easily since the building is hidden.

We stayed there for 4D/3N and will definitely return at given occasion.
The hotel was not very occupied during our stay and we were offered to upgrade from Deluxe to Executive on the spot.
It was a nice initiative from Mr Agit and we enjoyed the clean room, the fresh air, the surprising good and complete variety of cuisine available at the Sadesa Restaurant, the nice amenities, the serene country view and above all : the staff’s great hospitality.

Activities for families are available in the hotels venues : Rabbit feeding, Vas painting, Horse riding, Cooking class ‘Making Pizza’, Making bracelet, Cup cake decoration, Movie time, Afternoon tea.
The staff is very attentive and proactive, Mr Agit offered and arranged a Yoga class 3 days in a row for us. As we never practice Yoga elsewhere, it was a nice experience : It felt like a private class suitable for beginners.

We did not participate in every activity but did manage to do a walk to the nearby village accessible over the old bridge (built by the Dutch in around 1927), visited ‘Kawah Putih’ and ‘Situ Patenggang’ around 40 mins away from the hotel, played family games in public areas of the hotel and just enjoyed our stay.

At the end of our stay we received a surprise gift from Ms Felin. This hotel surely has won its special place in our hearts.

The only thing which could be improved is the noise from the construction work (expansion of the hotel) but I believe the work should be done soon.

We had a very pleasant experience here. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mas Agit at the front office—he provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food was also very good. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a well-facilitated and comfortable place to stay!

We recently stayed at Forest Hill Ciwidey for a family holiday, and we agreed to say that it was one of the most memorable getaways we've ever had!

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was serene and refreshing — surrounded by lush green forests, cool mountain air, and the peaceful sound of nature. It felt like a hidden gem tucked away in the hills of Ciwidey, yet still accessible and family-friendly.

The accommodations were cozy, clean, and beautifully designed with a rustic-modern touch that blended perfectly with the natural surroundings. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and large indoor balcon.

We suggest you to stay at room with mountain view that offered a stunning view of the forest, mountain & pool.

A warm and welcoming staff that went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, thanks to all staff.

This resort also held some kids activities that give you another experience level for our kids.

We are more than happy to stay at this place and will back there soon.

"This staycation was really satisfying! Opening the window gave me a view of the hills, rice fields, and an old-fashioned railway bridge. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC was cold, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the staff, Ms. Felin and Ms. Devia, were super friendly. I will definitely come back here again!"

This Hotel is Perfect for a family trip!
Check in was fast, We were in our room within 10 minutes of arrival, and they provided welcome drink.
The room was clean, stylish and spacious, The view from our balcony was stunning! There's a river and breath taking scenery.
The pool is big & clean , the kids pool is warm water, perfect with the cold air in Ciwidey, and there's Jacuzzi as well. The kids loved the kids playground, they have karaoke room too and it's FREE.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

All was good! The ambiences, vibes was very relaxing, decorations on each room was amazing, especially their effort for made our anniversary day! Special thanks to mba Devia and her friends, mba zahra & mba Vania for always showed hospitality to us whenever we passed by.
We deserved all their free facilities, like; afternoon tea, karaoke & pingpong for 1 hour, sauna, playground and swimming pool exactly.
But, my kid twice slipped on bathroom :( the floor was too slippery and the level of the floor (of bathroom & bedroom) has no differences. Made all the water come by everywhere. Please fix it cause we love all the treatments there, thanks!

Super friendly staff throughout our stay. Requested for some decoration for our 2nd year anniversary and they delivered exceptionally.

The best hotel in ciwidey and bandung. Feels like home. Love the hospitality in the hotel. The view facing the river, fantastic. Breakfast by the river. Kudos to the chef, the foods are really scrumptious. They maintaining indonesian roots, that what I love. Rooms are nice spacious and clean. The kids club and gym are well equipped. Overrall, very recommended. Please come to this hotel, you wont regret.

The view is spectacular, variety of breakfast menu, the entertainment room is awesome. We also like the friendliness from the staff and also the coffee...!
