Hotel El Pequeño Gecko Verde

La végétation luxuriante tout autour des bungalow et de la piscine. On se sent dans un petit oasis. Le cadre est enchanteur.

Das beste Hotel unserer gesamten Rundreise. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt, grün und wird von vielen verschiedenen Tieren bewohnt (Brüll-Affen, Leguane, Kolibris, eine Waschbären Familie, verschiedene Eidechsen...) Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich, erklärt einem alles, hilft bei Ausflügen und der Organsation des Aufenthaltes. Das Frühstück was super (üppig und lecker). Jeden Morgen gibt es eine frische Obstplatte und einen hausgemachten Saft. Man hat ganz typisch für Costa Rica die Wahl zwischen verschiedenen A-La-carte Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Kaffee gibt es immer wieder nachgeschenkt. Die Bungalows gibt es in unterschiedlichen Größen und Ausführungen. Da wir spontan noch für eine Nacht verlängert haben und unser Zimmer für die weitere Nacht nicht mehr verfügbar war, sind wir in der Anlage auch noch einmal umgezogen. Mit beiden Zimmern waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es ist sauber, es gibt täglichen Room Service. Handtücher für den Pool und Strand kann man sich immer wieder neu ausleihen. Wenn etwas fehlt (bei uns bspw abends Besteck für Essen, das wir uns geholt hatten) wird sich bemüht. Es ist etwas abseits von Samara, mit dem Auto aber alles unkompliziert. Dafür hat man wirklich Ruhe und ein kleines grünes Paradies. Es gibt eine steilen, aber gut machbaren kurzen Weg zu einem einsamen Strand, direkt vor der Tür die Möglichkeit Fahrräder zu leihen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Extrem schöne Anlage, sehr naturverbunden. Angenehmes Pool, Strand in fußnähe, ebenso ein Soda, leider aber So/Mo geschlossen. Ganz tolle Betreuung an der Rezeption. Super Frühstück, Zimmer sehr nett und alles vorhanden.

Location is off the main road, shared bangalow with 1 another neighbor, good breakfast, easy hike to a secluded beach. Also close enough to other beaches. Very nice people working at the resort and making your stay enjoyable

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à l’Hotel El Pequeño Gecko Verde, un lieu magique et verdoyant où l’on a vraiment l’impression de dormir au cœur de la jungle. L’accueil des propriétaires et du personnel est extrêmement chaleureux, tout est parfaitement entretenu et le petit déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux. Un endroit paisible, magnifique et parfaitement tenu que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Accueil au top : Muriel et son staff sont aux petits soins. La villa était nettoyée minutieusement chaque jour.

Le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine est à la carte mais service efficace.

Réveil naturel avec les singes hurleurs 😍 plein d’animaux comme des coatis et ratons laveurs nous ont bien amusés !

Un endroit pour prendre son temps comme on les aime : pura vida !

2ème séjour au Pequeno Gecko Verde.
Toujours un excellent accueil, cadre enchanteur et piscine très agréable.
Très bon petit déjeuner. Muriel est très disponible et ses conseils sont précieux.
On aime toujours autant la déco des chambres.
Hautement recommandé !

The cabins were private and adorable. Each had its own patio with chairs and a hammock. Lush location with wildlife. The AC was powerful! :) Staff was top notch. So kind and accommodating. The included breakfast was terrific with fresh strawberry juice and a full fruit platter.

The staff upon arrival were very friendly and helped us with our luggage. They provided great recommendations for available tours with fair price and kindly prepared our breakfast in advance—around 7:10 a.m.—so we could eat before our 7:30 tour shuttle pickup. Breakfast was excellent, including a delicious smoothie, coffee, pancakes, and an omelette. The view from the room was amazing and truly felt like being in the middle of the jungle. They also had clean and great pool that we couldn't use it due to our limited time. The room included a safe box, a coffee maker, and a private balcony with a hammock. Parking was free and conveniently located right in front of each unit.

Notre hôte, Muriel très agréable et toujours prête à nous donner les meilleurs conseils pour profiter de Samara. Le personnel aussi est très gentil.

Beautiful grounds and pool. Quiet area.

Beautifully layed out and maintained Tropical garden. Spotlessly cleaned spacious cabins, quiet efficient AC and fans. Great pool. Loved the outdoor shower. Helpful staff made us feel at home.

Fantastic property. Villa's are super comfortable and very private. Staff were friendly and the breakfast provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property and stay here again.
