Nice pub hotel.
Pros:

Next to the restaurant we were visiting, easy to get to, lots of parking, very comfortable armchair!

Cons:

Unclear policy on paying for breakfast which meant we checked out irritated, even though they cancelled the extra charge (to be clear they explained that one main course was included- I ordered toast and two poached eggs and was charged an extra £7.50 (on top of the already paid £12.50) because toast was a main course and the eggs were an extra. I think the eggs cost half that and because we were eating with guests from another room the charge for their extras was on ours too. This policy was fixed by the chain not this pub, so if you book this pub then book without breakfast, then you can pay for what you actually eat when you check out.

Great location, great facilities, excellent staff
Pros:

Excellent location, and although it's on a roundabout there was no traffic noise in the rooms. It has a generous carpark.
Wonderful friendly staff, who made us feel very welcome.
The rooms had everything we needed for an overnight stay, comfortable beds, good hot showers, tea and coffe making facilities, big fluffy towels..
We ate in the restaurant and there was a good choice on the menu. The food was fabulous and all of our group enjoyed.it.
The Full English breakfasts were generous, well cooked and tasty.
Very happy to recommend this venue

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

Pros:

Everything was great! Food was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. The garden was well kept.

Cons:

The double shower head. In our experience one or the other drip in time and it's too easy to go past the off switch on the one head and end up with a squirt of cold on the other.
