Noisy!
Pros:

The decor and staff were lovely

Cons:

Unfortunately , the hotel is located next to a busy road and the noise of the traffic kept me awake .
Also, we ate in the pub, which was lovely. However, we ordered an apple crumble and a sticky toffee pudding and when we asked for extra custard we were charged 50p. The dessert cost over £9 and should have come with ample custard to begin with. So this was a little annoying.
The breakfast is very m or, but you can only choose one thing off the menu, it would have been nice to be able to have a pastry with my coffee- but this is just a minor issue.
The hotel was clean and well presented and the staff were really lovely!

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom with the walk in shower was great. Breakfasts were good and the evening meal menu had a great choice, we dined in every evening.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Nice experience
Pros:

I like location, spacious family room and great seating area with scenic background

Cons:

Big room and jyst a tiny little table fan to survive in around 32 degree heat. Upon checking too, staff mentioned 1 fan policy in one room then that 1 fan also should be suutable for a family of 4. Something the staff must consider

Customer service and breakfast needs improvement
Pros:

Good parking and convenient location for me

Cons:

The breakfast is nice and good quality but not good value compared to other similarly priced places. The staff are quite frosty and act like they don’t want you there

Wish we'd chosen somewhere else.
Cons:

The lack of air conditioning and natural ventilation makes the rooms very uncomfortable in anything more than warm weather. Sleeping (or even sitting in the room) is very difficult. In room facilities are lacking compared to the competition and wifi is unreliable. Breakfast is 'included', but it's one item only. Coffee is horrible.
