Fabulous place to stay and perfect location!
Pros:

The owners were so lovely, chatty and welcoming! There to help us with anything!
The actual property was decorated really well, down stairs was a truly welcoming and calming experience!

Great place to stay 😊
Pros:

Great location for the Theatre and beach, I love the fact that it’s self check in however the owners are there should there be any issues.
This was our second visit and we will definitely return next year.

Excellent value for money, comprehensive and thoughtful comms and a great location
Pros:

Incredibly comfortable beds, high quality fixtures and fittings and the communal space was nice and welcoming too.

Cons:

If I can give one piece of constructive criticism, it's that I would have expected to have had real coffee, not instant. I'm not talking a coffee machine, just a cafetière in each room - would have been more fitting with all the other nice touches you provided too, as well as satisfying those of us who hate instant!

Very disappointing.

The bed was comfortable but that was it.

Cons:

I didn’t know that it was not the hotel I had planned to stay at. My partner is disabled and I thought that I booked the hotel at the Babbacombe Hotel then the receptionist said that I booked a different hotel and that was called Rooms at Babbacombe, when we got to the other hotel it was a lot further than we had planned away from the theatre. Be careful where you book at Babbacombe because many hotels have that name in their title and is very confusing. We payed the same as it cost to stay at the other hotels and they had a free breakfast with their deals plus they had staff at all times. This place didn’t look like a hotel it looked more like a B&B without the breakfast, no staff available if needed anything. We were lucky that a member of staff were there when we arrived as the code to enter the building was sent to WhatsApp but I do not have WhatsApp and the email was sent to me only hours before. I wouldn’t stay at this place again as my partner had to walk up and down the stairs with great difficulty as there was no lifts, I have never known a hotel with any staff absolutely crazy. Oh there was no wardrobe look at the picture below to see where we had to hang our clothes.

Nice position and Becca and Luke helpful and friendly without being overbearing
Pros:

n/a dined at nearby hotel with others on a booked coach tour. No rooms at chosen hotel. Managed to book here at very short notice.

Cons:

Bathroom/wc small and I am only of average height and build.

I had a truly wonderful stay a Babbombe rooms, From the moment we arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and cared for.
The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable every extra detail showed thoughtfulness.
what really stood out was the hospitality, the host went above and beyond to make sure we have everything.
I cant recommend this B&B highly enough - whether your passing through of planning a longer stay, this is a gem you'll be glad you found

The whole process was very easy and painless, great location very clean room complementary tea and coffee supplied that
