Pros:

Akshay, Shanti, and the extended staff were super kind and accommodating. The historic building itself is really tastefully furnished and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I’d certainly stay again!

Pros:

What a nice small hotel! It is located in the old city, near a busy road, but it super quiet. The room is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The owners are super nice and helpful; breakfast is excellent. All of my fellow guests seemed to be really pleased, as well.

A dream experience in the heart of the old town
Pros:

Little Garden Guest House is a dream boutique haveli. We stayed there with our 3 adult children for two nights and had a fabulous time. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The owner Akshay goes out of his way to make you feel at home and to provide all services you may need - including transport, meals, visit recommendations. A truly authentic experience with great comfort. Thank you Akshay and your team!

Pros:

Un petit paradis au coeur de Udaipur... Nous avons adoré cette guesthouse. Tout est joli est bien pensé par le propriétaire et son papa, qui sont très touchants et adorables. C'est beau, très personnalisé, on s'y sent bien, le personnel est très gentil et attentif, le petit déjeuner délicieux. C'est calme alors que c'est en plein centre. Bref, pour nous c'était parfait !

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good and close to many attractions, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size for one or two people. Although the bathroom was a bit small they were manageable. The breakfast was also quite nice, while the selection wasn’t very large, the quality was good. I also appreciated the helpful staff and the overall warm hospitality.

Cons:

My room was a bit dark since the windows faced the inner courtyard walls rather than the street. This was acceptable, but the main challenge was the noise. Overall it’s not a very noisy place since it’s at the end of a blind alley but because the building is historical and the windows are built in a traditional way, sound travels easily between the rooms facing the courtyard. At times, I could clearly hear other guests talking or making noise in the evening, and occasionally sounds from nearby buildings or side streets could also be heard.

Lovely guest house
Pros:

The whole style of the guest house and the pieces of art throughout and in the room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and keen to help in any way, Akshay had trained them well!

Cons:

It is in a very central location which is great for sightseeing, but you can hear beeping horns all the time - we got used to it quite quickly but others might not. There are also a couple of temples close by which can be pretty noisy at times too - but we're in India, that is life!

There’s only one place I’ll ever stay at in all my future trips to Udaipur, and that’s the Little Garden Guest House.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is perfect, from the beautifully curated rooms, to the friendly staff who never fail to greet you with a smile or support you with any request, to the lovingly prepared food and the peace it delivers away from the busy main road.
The owner Akshay is a genuinely kind soul, who really pours his heart into the business, and that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Amazing stay!!
Pros:

10 Stars!! Amazing place. Super clean, beautiful and cozy stay. Everyone was so friendly and helped us out with tips and tricks. The stay is in the city centre near to everything and walk distance from the main atttactions. Super clean and beautiful rooms! Breakfast is too, offering a range of things and it’s suuuupee tasty! Thank you an all the staff who made our stay beautiful!! We will come back :)

Pros:

This was the perfect stay in Udaipur! Right in the center of ol town but was a quiet space to relax after a day of exploring. Beautifully decorated and the staff so friendly and helpful. Great place to choose for your stay in Udaipur!

Wunderschönes Guesthouse mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich nur jedem ans Herz legen, der ein paar Tage in Udaipur verbringen möchte. Das Guesthouse ist in der 7. Generation in Familienbesitz und man spürt die Hingabe für die Sache in jedem Detail. Von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung, dem Mix aus Vintage und Modern, dem absolut zuvorkommendem Personal, dem tollen Essen, bis hin zum Besitzer und seiner Familie selbst, stimmte einfach alles. Darüber hinaus hatten wir hier die saubersten Badezimmer während unserer gesamten Indienreise.

Man spürt hier einfach, dass das Guesthouse ein Herzensprojekt der Besitzer ist, was zu einer grundpositiven Gesamtatmosphäre beiträgt.

Auch mit der Organisation unserer Weiterreise bekamen wir hilfreiche Tipps sowie Unterstützung.
Ebenso ist das Guesthouse sehr gut gelegen, wir haben alle Strecken zu Fuß zurückgelegt. Da sich das Haus in einer kleinen Seitenstraße befindet ist es trotz der Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten nachts schön ruhig.
