PinkCoco Uluwatu holds a special place in my heart. My second time at this relaxing hotel. The staff are wonderful.

Pink coco is very pretty, the layout was well thought out. Despite the property being on a busy road, it was reasonably quiet once inside the main gate around the pool area.
The restaurant main menu was great, food was excellent.
The staff were very attentive and very eager to please and make sure all guests have a wonderful stay. Indah has a wonderful team particularly Benjamin and Fira who look after customer relations and services.
The rooms are large and well appointed.
Location is within walking distance to many restaurants, small shops and beach.
The hotel is located on a very busy road, the restaurant which is open to the street front, can be noisy. Also, unfortunately for Pink Coco, there is a major construction site at the back of the hotel. We stayed in the beautiful Penthouse 2 with sweeping views of Padang Padang to the ocean from the terrace balcony but had drilling and banging of large equipment from 8am to 5pm. Indah and her staff did there best to compensate us for this, which we know was beyond their control.
In general, there is a large amount of construction in Uluwatu making the roads very very busy with large truck traffic and construction equipment.

La ubicación, el personal muy amable, te ayudan con todo, el hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones cómodas y con muchos detalles. Todo hecho con muy buen gusto y muy currado !

PinkCoco is alles wat je verwacht van een tophotel. De kamers zijn prachtig, het hele hotel is prachtig en wordt ontzettend goed onderhouden. Ons hele verblijf lang zagen we klusjesmannen telkens kleine dingen direct oplossen, om te zorgen dat alles perfect blijft. Het personeel was super vriendelijk, er wordt 2x per dag cleaning aangeboden in je kamer. Je krijgt slippers en er zijn pyjama’s om te gebruiken tijdens je verblijf. Wanneer je aan het zwembad blijft, komen ze je verschillende verrassingen brengen: ijsjes, milkshake, brownies, pizza-achtige hapjes … Ook na onze check-out mochten we nog aan het zwembad even verblijven, wat een grote plus was.
Ons enigste minpuntje is het feit dat onze kamer niet volledig donker kon worden gemaakt doordat er met panelen voor de ruit wordt gewerkt i.p.v. gordijnen, maar niet alle kamers hadden dit.
Everything was great. Only negative was that coffee was not good. Staff and attitude was excellent as was their food.

the hotel puts all the effort to appear instagramic for a pictures. The actual room we were assigned though (Surfers hut) was a disaster. I saw other people commenting on this and i shouldnt have ignored it. AC is not working properly, remote control of the AC also was not working for a distance further than 30cm. we woke up sick both mornings. bathroom is open air which they never mention anywhere. that leads to bugs coming in the bathroom and then into bedroom. also Wifi is TERRIBLE. it was the most expensive hotel of our holiday.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations . The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, always friendly and attentive. Breakfast offered a great selection of options, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.
Having a removable shower would have e been nice.

Fantastic quirky place with lovely friendly staff who brought daily gifts. The shortbread biscuits were delicious and I loved the swimming pools.
The shower. It’s fantastic and unique but by day 3 I just wanted a normal shower. Yes I know third world problem and in the scheme of things not a problem at all.
Todo. PinkCoco Uluwatu es un hotel precioso, muy cuidado hasta el último detalle y con un ambiente tranquilo y mágico, ideal para desconectar por completo. Las instalaciones, la cuidada decoración y su ubicación privilegiada hacen que la estancia sea sumamente agradable desde el primer minuto.
Después de haberme alojado en otros hoteles de la cadena PinkCoco, este ha sido, sin duda, uno de los que más nos ha sorprendido para bien. Hay que destacar y agradecer especialmente la atención tan cercana, cálida y personalizada por parte de todo el personal. Te hacen sentir verdaderamente mejor que en casa, logrando que el trato humano marque una diferencia enorme en la experiencia. 💯 recomendable
