Friendly staff, perfect location. Small but cozy.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly, the location is perfect. Rooms were clean. You can walk everywhere. We stayed in peak summer season and went to Valberg adventure space (tree climbing), summer toboggan, pony riding and elastic trampo. We also rented quads and bikes for the kids in the center, just a few steps from the hotel.

Cons:

We got two connected family rooms. The rooms are not very big, as is usual around here. Our room was at the west end of the hotel and sometimes there was smell of people smoking outside coming into the room if windows were open. Can get loud in the late evening if you leave the windows open, there’s a bar downstairs.

Pros:

- La struttura ha un suo discreto fascino di montagna, nonostante sia inserita in una trafficata località dedicata a servizi turistici di vario genere.
- Ampia disponibilità di posti auto gratuiti appena di fronte che compensa l'assenza di posteggio privato.
- Zone comuni ben organizzate, con sala per la colazione comunicante a un'ampia zona esterna.
- Sembra in generale che il personale tenga molto alla soddisfazione del cliente. Dopo il nostro soggiorno ci è arrivata una circolare di scuse relativa a disagi minimi che neanche avevamo autonomamente notato.
- Accappatoio e ciabatte in camera: qualcosa che ormai non si trova facilmente in un hotel a tre stelle.

Cons:

- Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è abbastanza pessimo. Può darsi che la cifra attribuita alla nostra camera fosse in parte dipendente dalla concomitante presenza di una festa di paese, ma diciamo che se ci fossero state alternative nei paraggi non sarei mai stato al gioco.
- La camera potrebbe venire pulita meglio e il bagno ha qualche problema con la doccia (piccolo allagamento).
- L'inserzione su Booking non menzionava il fatto che la nostra camera sarebbe stata una matrimoniale comunicante con una camera per bambini. Niente di male, ma l'esattezza delle informazioni riportate dovrebbe essere importante per un servizio di prenotazione online che si basa sulla fiducia.
- La colazione essenziale per un hotel a tre stelle. Fortunatamente almeno era inclusa nel prezzo.

Balkon war toll.

Cons:

Die Dusche ( gefühlt 60x60cm)war für Hobbits und die duschstange hing aus der Wand an nur einem Schrauben. Die Zimmer extremst eng.
Urlaub im Winter wäre aufgrund der Zimmergrösse unmöglich.
Nur als reine kurze Schlafgelegenheit reicht es gerade mal aus. Mehr aber nicht.
