Very unpleasant forgettable experience!!
Pros:

Near to VIT

Cons:

Very unclean. Toilet was not clean and we had to change the room for it. Towels provided were dirty.
When the room was changed, in the other room the flush was not working regularly.
Overall very unclean hotel.
The staff was also very casual in dealing with our complaints.

Good Comfort Stay
Pros:

Good and comfortable stay. It’s a hotel attached to a wedding hall. The rooms were neat and newly painted. Hot water supply was good. The staff were customer friendly.

Cons:

While the entire hotel is painted new, it would have been good if the bathrooms were also renovated.

Overall, it feels like they were primarily focused on maximizing profits from customers.

It is near to VIT

Cons:

They didn't offer standard hotel amenities such as a kettle, tea, coffee, or a proper water bottle in the room. Other hotels provide these with the same charges. It seems they only provided tap water and want to charge for every small things. Additionally, they didn't clean the rooms daily unless specifically requested.
Even though rooms were available, they didn't allow early check-in without charging a hefty fee of around Rs. 1000. From my experience, other hotels offer early check-in without any extra cost if rooms are available.
Overall, it feels like they're primarily focused on maximizing profits from customers.

Pros:

One advantage is Paras. Naval is close to the VIT campus and this is not a hotel.

Cons:

This is one of the conventional halls for events and marriages. During our stay, there was an event and there was a lot of nuisance and disturbance throughout the night. breakfast included however they have not provided..complained to the reception 3 times in the night but no action.

Very friendly staff and location is perfect for VIT. Please do note the hotel does not accept credit cards, and isn't really equipped for foreigners.

Pros:

amazing, friendly, helpful staff who did everything they could to make our stay very pleasant, despite the language barrier. Rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, everything worked and staff tried hard to meet any request

Cons:

the TVs didn't seem to have many channels on them, but I don't watch TV much in any case ... really, this is a quibble .. there wasn't much that was wrong
